GTA is actually kind of fun. I think I'm going to go to Central Park next time I'm in NYC :P . Also decided today that I'm going to play classical guitar at wineries in my area. I applied for governor's school last year but I didn't make it; however, the drummer in my band did and he got back last week and told me about it. It sounds so fun, and apparently lots of kids are Cirque fans, so I'm going to work my [wagon] off to get in this year. Since having played performances gets you points in your audition, I figured I could just play classical songs at wineries. It seems like it's going to be lots of fun! Also, another thing, while my drummer was showing me all the neat classical music he learned on the marimba I got the sheet music for . It's cool because there isn't a single guitar tab for it. :P One more thing! Today I got to the flower fields in paper mario. Few hours drive from the gold coast but it's worth it, much better there than brisbane because there is much less security, a better mosh pit, and no barrier so you can get up and sing/do stage dives :thumbup: Winston gave me the mic and I sang part of romance is dead just like last year Both this year and last year I'm pretty much unscathed other than a sore neck from head banging but all my mates get wrecked :lol: This year one friend is now walking with a limp and thinks he might have a hairline fracture in 1 or both of his hips, another has a chunk missing from his shin because it hit some guys tooth when he did a dive, and another got concussed. We fed some ducks and went on the swings and [cabbage]. On our way back we picked some blackberries outside the train station. I don't even like them but my grandma picks them and it was strangely fun. I really want to go strawberry picking some day. I came home and I've been watching a lot of anime - watched the new Umineko no Naku Koro Ni episode ( ) just now. I also made a new avatar today... not sure why. I edit for the [Tip.It Times]. I didn't actually miss the internet quite as much as I thought I would, I was occupied for the most part. It was nice to see my grandparents, even though one of them is half-deaf, and mishears words in conversations, and just continues along with what he thinks the conversation is about, even though it's not at all what it has to do with. My grandparents are really old, old enough that they might not be around next time I go down to maine. I got to go shopping, I got myself some new skinnies, they're red, and win. I also got myself a whitechapel shirt, and a manson shirt. I went down to the ocean, which is fun, and found an awesome rock, and an awesome shell. I spent half the trip in a car though, and my dad took a bunch of detours on old beat up roads, which was pretty fun. It was a nice trip. I got to eat nice food too.
