I think there is a 2 year limit where I am, which 18-16=2.

Not shure about underage sex rules but I know two of the same age can have sex and 16 is the point when you're no longer considered underage in that manner here in Norway.

I wasn't worried about jail time or any governmental consequence... I was more worried about the fact that her brother wanted me to hook up with her, I've never heard such a thing before. I usually get opposite reactions from brothers and I guess got scared, like something must have been wrong with her.

What I don't get is how according to that table, in Canada, male-male sex is only OK at 18+, but female-female is 16+. I'm not personally involved, but I don't see the logic behind it. :-s

I called my friend, he said he wasn't a very present guy on stage. It was OK when we were playing mary had a little lamb (Stevie Ray Vaughn version...), but it's not going to work with Helicopter. I know no other able guitarists.
