I was always pretty tall for my age (not gigantic, but taller than most). I was 5'7" by the time I was 13 and I stopped for a while, and everything evened out. Turns out being that tall at that age contributes to all kinds of back problems. I only grew a couple of inches between 13 and 15, but recently I've shot up again to about 6'/6'1"... and the back problems have returned. My physiotherapist said it's because I was growing too quickly and things didn't have time to develop properly. The lights are good if you've never been before or are young, but to me they're just lights now-a-days. We spent an hour in the arcades. I was unfortunate enough to come across the worst DDR machine EVER. Seriously. It's 10 years old, you have to STAMP to get any sort of arrows and the left arrow didn't work at all. Not to mention there was like 10 seconds to pick a song. Fail :wall: I found a DDR X though, it was being monopolised by this awesome guy who was doing expert and stuff but we went back later and I got a go. I had a go of Guitar Hero Arcade too and got a high score. Then we went to watch the World Fireworks Championship Final. Now THESE were SO worth going to see, 15 minutes of REALLY awesome fireworks. I took a load of pictures and stuff but I can't show you thanks to current internet constraints (changing ISP FTL). But on our way back we got caught in MASSIVE traffic. And I mean, massive. Three out of four lanes of the M61 were closed for roadworks and a whole section of the M60 was closed for works too. This meant that the 30 minute journey turned into 3 hours. I was at my friend's house drinking, and some new people were there and they had made some crazy drink mix thing. tasted like melted popsicles. anywas, I drank a whole bunch (i'm cool like that) and one of the people said they wanted to hook me up with their little sister. I said sure, the younger the better (JOKINGLY). these people obviously never heard of sarcasm, and one fo them went to pick her up. 30 mins later im completerly plastered and these people bring in a 16 year old. I honestly became so freaked out that I got out of the hotub (yes my friend has a hottub, we are awesome like that) and dried myself. This little 16 year old was honestly all over me and even asked me to help dry me off inside . I was looking at my friends who jsut averted their eyes from me, which I took as "go ahead man, do it. but we well lose all respect for you". that's when I pretty much said thanks anyways and left. I didnt even say bye to my friends, i just left. I was walking home satying " wow" over and over again this is so ridiculous. It's only midnight here, so i think I will spend the next few hours drawing... i havent drawn anywhing in a long time. i'm pretty bummed - tonight was supposed to be a chilling night with my close friends but these freaks showed up offering underage to me. yet even now, half drunk, i know i did the right thing.
