Just remembered something else, today in 3rd period my school further showed its neverending capacity for [cabbage]. I'm now in trouble for "illegal downloading."

 

Sports and Entertainment Marketing class, I needed a pic from a sports site for my project. It said that in order to download the image, I first had to pay a few dollars. I asked about it, and she said to go home an just buy it.

She apparently believed this was "hacking" and piracy. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? I thought everyone, no matter how tech illiterate, knew how to save an image, and did she really expect me to pay for this?

I went driving with my dad before. Went about 130 k's to some place that he needed to go for a job he is doing (He is a manager for a construction company), and he let me drive his car for the first time on the way back to home :D It's a Mazda CX7.

I love images you have to "buy". Like, at Disney world, you get pictures taken of you buy professional photographers, have them saved on some card, and then go online, preview the picture (You can't rightclick+save it) and then pay for/download it.

Or, what I taught my parents who were about to spend money on them, press that nifty little "Print Screen" button on your keyboard <_<.

I'm just waiting on a good signature that I can add until I get bored again. It's weird isn't it... I get a good sig and I get bored of it after like a month and want something different.

I got tomorrow off, which is awesome. I was supposed to work, but apparently something isn't going to run. My mom keeps telling me to complain that people with less seniority are getting the shift and I'm not, but I would rather have the time off.

I just hit maybe an hour or two thinking and talking about the dream I had last night. It was really weird, but good at the same time. Rundown of dream:

 

I went to a family reunion, except it was other side of my family. We ended up gathering a whole bunch of people and went to an abandoned house. We started taking all the furniture from it, and put it in stagecoaches. The house flooded and I was sent in to save people. We all kinda just walked out ok. Then, in perhaps a second dream, but they seem linked, so I don't know.. Anyway, Johnny Cash, some guy, and two random chicks were walking through a desert and came to a place called 'The Hanging Rock', they all started to tire out and died. Johnny carved their story into the rock. I was watching this and saw the message years later.

 

Hanging rock/stagecoaches - Red Dead Redemption.

Johnny Cash - Went to download, ended up reading about.

Family reunion - Have one on Saturday.

Flood - Post I was to make or did make the other day.

 

Yeah. I've been thinking about it heaps. I love looking into my dreams. The whole Johnny Cash bit had this mood over it, which sucked. But yeah.

A couple of days ago I ordered some samples of many different things. So far I have some Dulux colour booklet and 10 bags of organic tea. I should be getting some cat food (despite not owning a cat), some bin liner things, a scoop for washing powder, Air Wicks mist spray and I can't remember what other crap.

 

My parents were like "wtf is this in the mail?"

Bowling class. Jennifer makes it worth it. You guys should know who she is by now, if you don't, you aren't paying attention. Starbucks beforehand though. As I went to bed at 6:00 AM and woke up at 8:00 AM. :D Two hours of sleep, oh yeah.

Yay payday is today! A whopping 400 dollars for too many hours of work. Apparently this nearby factory is hiring 2nd shift at 10.75 an hour and I would be guarantied 45 hours a week + benefits. I could actually support myself with this. I am applying after I get done with this post.

Missed the city bus home so I walked 10 miles with a 20 pound schoolbag.. Forgot my camera in my locker so I have to go back. :thumbup:

Bowling was OK, sitting at my house now. Bored.

I'm considering buying the whole Star Trek Voyager series on DVD soon-ish. It's £90 for all of it, but when I get my NUS card I get a 10% discount at Amazon, and I have a £6 voucher for it as well, so I can reduce the cost to £75, which I suppose is kind of reasonable :D I guess it's just the idea of spending that much at once on it, that worries me. I'm not used to doing stuff like that :P

Yeah I know what you mean. I think I'll wait until my Student grant comes through, which should be another £900 or so. Hopefully I can get it sorted within the next few weeks. I've got everything I really need for Uni, now. Books, bus pass.
