Yeah I know what you mean. I think I'll wait until my Student grant comes through, which should be another £900 or so. Hopefully I can get it sorted within the next few weeks. I've got everything I really need for Uni, now. Books, bus pass.

Books were the worst by far. Before Uni I never really appreciated just how damn expensive they can be. I realized why the teachers at school used to shout at us for doodling on them.

I spent the last two hours figuring out the different chiral hexene isomers. I only found the R and S isomers of 3-methyl-1-pentene. Apparently there's more but I think my online assignment is full of [cabbage] and that there are only those 2.

 

EDIT: I took the hit and decided to "view solution" and it turns out I was right. HOWEVER, online assignments are garbage, and apparently I wasn't supposed to include a hydrogen in the structure so even though I had the right answer I was marked wrong. Well then, I'm off to go smash something. brb.

Someone two years ago at my school managed to get a good one in. I don't want to butcher the wording so I have to find the yearbook first.

"IB is the equivilent of average 1960's high school education.

For my senior quote, I'm going to try and get the person in front of me to use "I wanna be the very best" and then I'll use "Like no one ever was".

 

If I knew the people behind me I'd try to get them to chain it...
