I GOT A BRAND NEW GOALIE STICK FOR $40 YESTERDAY! And I went to a hockey game (where I bought the stick) and they won, and fun stuff happened.

 

Then I used up 2.75 rolls of tape on it. :thumbsup:

Supposed to me doing an essay... It's not a hard one, but I can't seem to be able to focus on it. Jazz band later, and I'm actually looking forward to it for some reason.

Erm... Wrapped the top 5" or so, then wrapped the very top to be like an inch around knob thingy. Then I overdid it on the blade and used a roll and a half, but it's nice and done now. Also did the grippy part at the top of the paddle with a bunch of tape, then ran some up the stick for good measure.

 

Mostly put so much tape on it to hide a lot of the bright redness of the stick because it was kind of obnoxious.

Been in the pub all night. I've got a week or so before I start working again and a couple of pals have been on holiday for the past couple of weeks so we've been doing a fair bit of drinking. Me and a friend have got a bottle of 14 year old single malt behind the bar of our regular which we convinced the barmaid, who we know reasonably well, to write our names on it and we and some friends will have the bottle finished before we go back to work.

The two professors I was working with all semester were stunned that I wasn't happy with how far I got, seeing as the vast majority of undergrads who do an honours project (1+ years of research) don't even come close to what I've done in one semester.

 

On an embarrassing note, I can't seem to "satisfy" a certain "person" I am "frequenting" and it's getting to my head. Like, hardcore in my head all the freaking time :thumbdown:

Also, that car is ridiculous RPG. I'm not even sure if I mean that in the good or bad way.

Was going to give you guys a write up on my last two days since I don't think I've posted, but it's midnight now and I need to be up for school in under 6 hours. I'll probably spend some time on TIF tomorrow since I don't have work and I think my girlfriend is busy. Basically I went to school, then hung out with a friend and my girlfriend, then just my girlfriend, then went to work, then got home and did nothing.
