This may mean that the quest unlocks the dragon platebody, although I wouldn't get your hopes up. :-# Could the person wearing it be the woman in the heroes guild.. Camora? Arrov and Camora were a team... hmm. Labelling it as clan wars is odd though, perhaps it's simply a new arena teaser? Yeah, I like the teasers in it though I dislike the banner itself. You can't base a whole new skill on a dark and partial image. It defenitely looks like they're fighting a monster.
