Oh right, you were thinking about volumes instead of quality. :oops: But you can find calcium in plenty of foods other than milk, it's just that the media has portrayed milk as 'a good source of calcium' which has led some people to believe that milk is the only way to get it. I can't be bothered to list alternatives, but you could google it if you're interested.

I dont find it offences or weird like some, although - it is important to take note of new studies that show calcuim isnt as needed as we thought after the age of 15 :/ it should be optional lol.. i wouldnt eat it tho... yea...

Actually, did you know, that some people who are allergic to milk in general, and with certain types of milk, the milk actually draws calcium out of your bones.

i agree that you can't substitute cows milk for breast milk, but it seems to me from reading comments on this topic that a lot of people seem to think that its fine to treat animals as though they have no emotions or feelings. animals have been proven to feel pain (mentally), and if you actualy think about it its just ignorant to think that we are somehow the only animals with emotions or detailed thoughts. i think its sick the way that animals are treated by many humans and i think its sick that a lot of people seem to think its alright.

 

 

 

at the end of the day theres just FAR too many people in the world and these problems are just going to get worse, i personaly think that everyone should cut down on meat consumption majorly and only eat organic and freerange meat (although even free range means [bleep] all really, they only have to havea minimum of an hours daylight a day). i know that a lot of people will never change their eating habbits and will always consider animals as lesser to human beings but i urge you all to think about it, to be more considerate when buying from big corporations, fur, etc..

[cabbage]. and tbh i believe that terrorism (causing terror) is fine on people that lead the animal testing labs etc and cause a LOT more terror to thousands of animals without a second thought. i wanna see how a vivisector would find being cut open whilst still alive to find out very little and pointless information.

 

 

 

A lot of people probaly reckon its better to test on animals than humans but there are a lot better ways of testing, its just that they're more expensive. animal testing isn't even reliable often dangerous side effects found in humans weren't found during animal testing. you cant put a price on human or animal life, we need to stop testing, stop enhancing our medical capabilities and enhance our lifestyles and choice of food. humans are designed to live to around 120 years old, but because of intensive farming, gm food, fast, rpocessed food etc. we've reduced our nutrients which our vital for our survival. when will we ever be happy with what we've got and just enjoy life for what it is?

Yeah, I did know, but then you wouldn't be having any ice-cream at all, what it's made out of wouldn't matter.

well cows just have an insanely harsh existence, thre only purpose now is food so form the moment they're born all they know is captivity. it would cut the suffering down, its a bit different with people because we're all (generaly) free.ish..
