September 29, 200817 yr The quality of this quest wasn't really lacking. The 'puzzles' were refreshing...but this storyline really seemed to lack. Oh, to be sure, it offered tasty little morsels of information...but even with reading the Lores thoroughly, I felt this quest left you hanging too soon. I'd classify this as a "mini quest" if anything :/ Oh, by the way, I think there's a bug with this game quest (edit lel). My friend did this quest, and he didn't meet the hunter requirement, yet he was able to complete the quest and receive his awards. He and I already reported it as a bug, but meh. Has anyone had a similar experience? Edit: It's possible that Lucien will play a big role in the "Epic Quest." The gargoyle mentioned the ritual, as many have already stated, but Zem didn't believe Lucien "had it" yet. (Mind you, I'm paraphrasing here. I didn't memorize it because I didn't take much note of it) "It" I think might refer to the recently redesigned Staff of Armadyl, maybe? What's more interesting to me is why the staff is required in this 'ritual' they keep speaking of. Is the ritual that to revive Zamorak? I think I get a little confused with the history at this point XD
September 29, 200817 yr definitely not the most uber quest in the world but when you consider quest 150 on horizon and now we have all abr 1 marhajaratt in the north it seems quite important... Don't think he'll play a role in that quest though: the last sentence of the quest was something like: "It will be a long, long time till they have an army and we hear about them again!" That's what the knight said. Zamorageul's minion stated "Master, there is not much time left before the ritual." "Which is why we must seize the moment and take Varrock now" or something along those lines. The knight said "I hope it will be a long time" My heart is broken by the terrible loss I have sustained in my old friends and companions and my poor soldiers. Believe me, nothing except a battle lost can be half so melancholy as a battle won. -Sir Arthur Wellesley
September 29, 200817 yr Wasn't what I was expecting, the next part will be much better i hope, this one kinda ended to quickly. Easy XP for a pretty short quest tho. Thanks Gradeskip93 for my awesome sig!
September 29, 200817 yr Author 15K Hunter exp and 10K Mining exp, plus a 1K lamp? Reason enough for me to do the quest tbh. :) I don't understand people like yourself (not trying to be offensive). If you work out how long it takes for you to do the quest, in that time you could of had double the exp in each of those skills and that's generally the case for every quest. I'd be impressed.

September 29, 200817 yr Mining is roughly 1K-1.5K xp a minute in the right places and for Hunter (I'm not sure) I'm guessing it's roughly around the 1K xp a minute too. And the 10k defense? The 10k smithing? Adding these all together, the time it would take to get EACH amount of Exp from the quest reward, and it evens out. Heck, it's probably even a bit better. 10k defense with a whip takes what, 10mins? Mining is fast, as you said, so about...5-10 minutes? 2k agility exp, that's 5 more minutes. 10k smithing? 5 minutes. Now add those together and what do you have? 25-30 minutes. Yeah, that's about right, really. : EDIT: And I haven't even factored in cost!

September 29, 200817 yr During the invasion, if you read the museum display case in which the shield was stored, you'll find something pretty amusing. I missed my chance to see this lol :P Could you tell me what it was, either on here or PM? (i know its not important, but im just curious :P)

September 29, 200817 yr Really good quest, always nice to have a majharrat storyline developed imo, and some nice cutscenes, Reward aint bad either really, much better than some other quests of similar difficulty, And as ever were a step closer to heading north with the Majharrat  Theres a fine line between not listening and not caring,I like to think I walk this line every day. Pinning blame on Jagex is like trying to put pants on an old man. You both know he needs them, but he'll just keep dancing around, avoiding them at all costs.
September 29, 200817 yr There is word of armor and weapon trades on the GE being limited to 10 per day (or per 4 hours maybe). Anyone have word on that? If so then Acidiy just got owned I think.
September 29, 200817 yr Also, price limits on party hats have changed. The price range is now only one percent (or whatever), in stead of 5 percent. Example: red partyhat goes from 195-198 (in stead of like 180-210). ... A Guide to Chinning in Ape atoll: up to 325kxp/h!

September 30, 200817 yr The zombies that I killed all seemed to drop charms pretty much every time, and a pretty even spread. I even got a blue charm in like.. 5 total kills. September 30, 200817 yr cool quest but the zombie army was kind of pitiful/easily vanquished I'm beginning to suspect that the UBERQUEST will have to do with all the mahjarrats that are heading north and the stone of jas... as other people have pointed out, many clues have been released about the stone jas recently, which lucien is known to have followers searching for. Lucien was mentioned in this quest along with something about a ritual, and again about heading north... coincidence? I think not.
September 30, 200817 yr What I'm most surprised about is the fact that no one has mentioned the locked door at the zombie army base. Come on...it's a locked door! That usually means super speculative ideas! They obviously are looking towards a sequel for this quest as well; seeing as the "ritual" wasn't completed, the door is locked, and we have yet to battle/free Arrav. I am nice. . .
