November 13, 200817 yr At whatever level they choose there shouldn't be any stereotypes, stereotypes is one part of runescape I don't like.
November 13, 200817 yr ^amen i'm lv 125 and all my friends keep saying that i'm noob for not having a cape besides quest. then they look at my total lol
Me behave? Seriously? As a child I saw Tarzan almost naked, Cinderella arrived home from a party after midnight, Pinocchio told lies, Aladin was a thief, Batman drove over 200 miles an hour, Snow White lived in a house with seven men, Popeye smoked a pipe and had tattoos, Pac man ran around to digital music while eating pills that enhanced his performance, and Shaggy and Scooby were mystery solving hippies who always had the munchies. The fault is not mine! if you had this childhood and loved it put this in your signature!
November 13, 200817 yr Just as long as they've got out of the phase the majority of tip.it users go through (wearing d med, g body, d skirt, d long) they will be ok.
November 13, 200817 yr if your a 138 w/o a 99 then thats not adverage. Don't you know the first rule of MMO's? Anyone higher level than you has no life, and anyone lower than you is a noob. People in OT eat glass when they are bored.
November 13, 200817 yr I'd much rather have 91 runecraft as my highest skill rather than 99 fletching, cooking, or firemaking. There is no average level 99... let people play the game.
November 13, 200817 yr No, there is no such thing. Hell, I could be a lvl 3 with all maxed out except comabt skills, or be a lvl 110 with not a single 99. It's just a freaking level.
November 13, 200817 yr Generally speaking, I usually see people get their first 99 (most likely Cook or Fletch) at around 70-90 Combat. But no one says you must follow the norm. I raised my stats in a balanced manner until I decided to get 99 Woodcutting when I was around 100 Combat.
November 13, 200817 yr What is the average combat and total that you think somebody should have a level 99

November 13, 200817 yr What is the average combat and total that you think somebody should have a level 99  I'm not sure if you're laughing at the people saying there isn't one or the question, but, either way, the key words are "should have." There is no level at which anyone "should have" a 99. Now, change the question to "At what combat level do you think most people get their first 99?" (or something similar) and people might start posting numbers (to answer my own question, I'd guess about 90). > SELECT * FROM users WHERE clue > 0;0 rows returnedThere's no place like 127.0.0.1There are only 10 types of peoplein this world: those who understandbinary and those who don't.This statement is false.$DO || ! $DO ; trytry: command not found
November 13, 200817 yr if your a 138 w/o a 99 then thats not adverage. Impossible. Quit. PM me if you play The Conduit to exchange friend codes.
November 13, 200817 yr Well with fletching, cooking, and thieving being very easy these days the average cb level for a 99 is about 90 but it doesn't matter realy because as long as you have something you like to do in this game you should do it not go and grind and almost kill yourself for a cape. November 13, 200817 yr The answer is any level. who cares about 99s at a certain level? you can get them when you want :
November 13, 200817 yr Level 121 p2p 113 f2p. No cape, no plans on getting a cape any time soon, I play this game how I want to and I dont feel compelled to get a 99 because others expect it. I'd like 99 str, and will eventually get it, but thats more fulfilling a dream from rsc rather than cape hunting.... Solo GWD'er Drops: Bandos Hilt x 1/ boots x 1 / Steam staff x 1 / Shards x 9 99 Str/ 99 Att/ 99 HP (More to come...)
November 13, 200817 yr if your a 138 w/o a 99 then thats not adverage.Impossible. Haha, how can you expect to be lvl 138 without any 99s? There is no combat level requirement/expectancy for someone to have a lvl 99. There are lvl 3 skillers with various 99s (in non-combat skills of course) and even players with very high combat levels and very high skill totals but without any 99s. Pretty much what Dragon said.Thread terminated.I guess that means I'm the thread Terminator? No Tip.Iters were harmed in the making of this post.
November 13, 200817 yr I was level 120/121 (before summoning) when I got my first 99, which was hp. Like people have said there is no average.
November 13, 200817 yr I don't think there is an average. People get 99s at all levels wether there skillers or pures or w/e.
November 13, 200817 yr I was level 120/121 (before summoning) when I got my first 99, which was hp. Like people have said there is no average. Technically there IS an average when it tends to occur, however it is not necessarily relevant.
Updated December 22, 2011: Total level - 1442 - 170M+ XP , Combat level - 115Combat skills: Attack - 90, Defence - 99 (24.45m+ XP), Strength - 90, Constitution - 99 (16.42M+ XP) Ranged - 99 (13.32M+ XP), Prayer - 60, Magic - 99 (13.25M+ XP)Non-Combat skills: Cooking - 99 (13.80M+ XP), Woodcutting - 99 (31.95M+ XP), Fishing - 90, Firemaking - 99 (24.82M+), Crafting - 90, Smithing - 90, Mining - 85, Runecrafting - 60, Dungeoneering - 85
November 13, 200817 yr There are plenty of variables to consider such as if they are a skiller, their amount of money, etc. I'd recommend that you should get a level 99 skill at level 100+ because it will allow you to aim higher and get money so that you get others and perhaps even make back the money you lost from getting the original 99.
November 13, 200817 yr Get 99 in a skill you really like, it doesn't matter when! People feeling obligated to get 99s as status symbols get 99s in skills they don't like, and the road to 99 can only be long and boring if you don't like the skill. It's like work, which kills the purpose of playing to begin with.
November 13, 200817 yr If it wasn't for farming, I wouldn't even be thinking about a 99. I think I'll get it somewhere around 120 combat, so no, I don't think I'm average :D My guess is level 100, I see people under 100 with skill capes not that much, and when they have one, most of the time it's either cooking, firemaking or fletching.
November 13, 200817 yr im happier with 85 range  than i would be with 99 cooking Check it out, huge amount of effort has gone into this massive mod![hide=old sig][/hide]
