Here's two: Favorite: Phad Thai and Apple Pie I also had a wonderful duck dish when I visited Paris, but that was over 8 years ago, so I don't remember too much about it. That along with apple pie, an In-N-Out burger, and these delicious Danish butter cookies my mother buys. Foods I hate...would have to be mayonnaise, "potato cake" (mashed potato on top, taco-meat on the bottom, cooked in oven), and olives. What do you use to make it spicier? I ask, because I have relatives (good ol' southern folk) who have a container that will make 1 pot of chili spicy with just about one drop. As for western food...I rarely have it. But steaks are good. I don't like Italian and Spanish, I suppose? To boil it down - Spicy and salty.
