Mention Zezima out loud in a classroom or something 9/10 of the class will probably know its Runescape. Say Gertjaars... I started playing 5 years ago (WTF???) and the only famous player i really knew was zezima. He got soo excited that he bumped his can of coke and split it on the computer.. April 12, 200917 yr I think that the most famous player at the current time will always be the person no.1 on hiscores as all players check the hiscores and see that name first every time. I started playing in 2002 and at that time the most famous players were bluerose13x as he got 99 smithing first (i think, cant remember) and tks who was at number 1. Ever since Zezima became number 1 which was about 6 years ago he has been the most famous. Some other very famous names are Lilyuffie for first maxing combat. The Old Nite who was second on hiscores for years.
April 12, 200917 yr Back when I played it was Zezima and Nova. I remembered Nova as "the guy who had no life" (based on his interview here,) but Zezima seemed pretty balanced. Shame he's quit. Currently going for 76 fishing

But I do remember he was very popular because he was always very chatty and friendly when the other very highly ranked players never ever spoke.
