Lol, that made me laugh. I am about 6 foot 2 at the moment and weigh about 72 kilos, So like 144 pound :o I don't drink much, nor do I eat a lot (I am on a prescription drug that destroys my appetite :(

I think I have the best motabalism (sp?) in the world. I eat so much it's untrue and hardly any veggies. I eat lots of fruit though, to be fair.

 

 

 

According to the elite player development course I have 12% body fat, 6ft tall and weight 13.3 stone (85KG I think). :P

 

 

 

I can eat a supersized, bacon double cheesburger XL meal in 4 minutes. Amongst skittle feats. Plus, I'm a glutton of a cook.

 

 

 

I'm probably going to die at 25 through an inbalanced diet, but hey!

Not as healthy as the tips you gave but I've always found eating nothing for a week to be a good weight loss program.

I didn't really find it funny, but i use mostly the same reasoning. I workout/play sports a hella lot though. Don't think it balances out the cholestrol and stuff though.
