The interview (was posted few pages earlier, I think) seems to be 100% about the same RS, only problem with that would be communication but Jagex would find a way to communicate easily(ish). And how the porting would be done? This should explain how RuneScript works. (Source) We write in a scripting language called RuneScript, which our Game Engine team has created specifically for making RuneScape content. The Java-based game engine then reads this RuneScript code and makes it all work. RuneScript is constantly being changed and expanded as we add new features to it to allow it to do new things. This is how I understood it and would explain it to someone: RuneScript is a simple language created for RuneScape development which is translated to Java by the engine. And I really doubt nintendo would allow that, considering they hate all online player interaction (friend codes to play rs? :? fail) Also would I have to create a new account under my psn id? SwreeTak Posted June 8, 2009 Share Posted June 8, 2009 I can see the wii version: you're at bandos gwd tanking and you need to eat because graardor just hit hard on you, you are about to click your shark when: * POP UP * do you know too much gaming isn't good for you, try wii fit instead and keep your body in shape, dam... you'd be totally screwed... however... ps3 would be nice, just having the controller and watching at your tv screen while your laying in bed... That would be awesome :D. I love my wii, but if that would happen I would go back to my PC and never use my Wii anymore :P. But I'm very interested in where this is heading. I hope we get more information about this from Jagex soon. If RS comes to Wii I will certainly check it out! (or gamer tag for 360 users) It wouldn't be in the shops (OR it would be normal max-price with a years free subscription imo), it'd just be a download I think though like from Xbox Arcade and play-online only.
