untrimmed str cape. just because most people that are wearing them are d-bag 12 year olds with 78 atk 54 def and their highest skill 32 cooking.

OT: I'd say the worst looking item is granite platebody. Worst combination of items: D med, granite platebody, d platelegs/skirt(both equally as bad), d long and last but not least untrimmed/trimmed str cape.

the dragon med.osla the untrimmed fletching cape is a turn offf.

OT, the ugliest item ever to me is the Granite Body. That shouldn't even exist. Runner up is Granite helm.

Strength cape, (u) and fleching cape (u).

Everyone mentions Bcp without Tassies. Tassies look horrible without the Bcp as well imo. Those two items should never be worn separately.
