The new boots are a lil better because of the attack bonus:

Other boots are for maging and ranging. The new barrows set is for maging. So, the relevant item is just the Steadfast boots.

 

New boots with higher ranged attack bonus than the horrendously overpriced Rangers Boots are not irrelevant. (+10 Ranged Attack, beating out the bullnonsense boots by +2)

I think he means relevant in terms of 200m all (you don't need to range at all because of cannon xp)

Also becomes the first player to get 11 to 200M. He still has a long way to go with WC, Fishing, Agility, mining and RC. But he has the fast skills open for major XP gains, this somewhat evens out the slow skills.

I've been working towards 99 mining and he's been there since I started. Not doing the smithing combo though.

He uses varrock platebody 3 and banks his ores.

 

I've also spotted Da Broman1 there.

 

Seen Elvis too, but he was fishing rocktails L. But only seen him run by one time.
