The new barrows set is for maging. So, the relevant item is just the Steadfast boots. New boots with higher ranged attack bonus than the horrendously overpriced Rangers Boots are not irrelevant. He still has a long way to go with WC, Fishing, Agility, mining and RC. But he has the fast skills open for major XP gains, this somewhat evens out the slow skills.
