I think claws went down 3-4m or so since then, but 4.5m should still be possible. It's pretty hard to get proficient enough with tds though, and they are terribly low combat xp.

If you want to still keep a decent level of efficiency, but still get some variety, it would be better to rotate between cannoning cave crawlers, black dragons, and black demons. Possibly even throwing in some soloing/duoing K'ril Tsutsaroth, which I had heard unsubstantiated a while ago, before Vexn did this research, so people wonder why K'ril Tsutsaroth would drop more effigies than any other gwd boss, but now that we know that effigy drop rate based on npc lvl, that makes sense.

 

Using Vexn's formula f(x)=11018254*x^(-1.9469123) for kills per effigy and K'ril's cmb lvl 650. That comes to 36.78 kills per effigy. I don't know how many kills you can get on K'ril per hour, but if it is around 35 you could certainly do this for effigies and not be too far off the same efficiency as cave crawler and this would actually make you money and frankly be much more variety and fun.

Agreed, I come home and and I was really dissapointed to find this thread had burst out into a no-life debate. Not to mention some comments ruinned the thread in my opinion, it comes without saying that reaching 200m in all skills will require a lot of gametime. But does it really mean that the person who does it will be the sterotypical obesse no lifer? Really comments like:

 

Sometimes the way someone WANTS to spend their life isn't healthy. Not working and spending those 8/9/10 hours you'd work playing a game is not healthy, period. Being healthy is eating healthy, going to the gym and/or doing Multiple sports, have a girl/boyfriend, have a lot of social contacts etc. Sad but true is 95% of the top players do not have anything mentioned of the above. Might still be good for them to do what they want, does not mean it's healthy.

Bothered me, you can still have plenty of time in the day to do other things while still playing 10 hours a day, assuming you don't have a job. In some instances you could even play runescape while doing your "job" or whatever you do to provide income, and in cases like Drumgun where he can't do certain things because of his disability. I think playing runescape is a perfectly fine thing to do.

 

Not that I do play 10 hours a day, but if someone wants to I really think we should just let them, its thier life and I enjoy reading about it.

I jog for an hour straight, train Badminton 4 days a week, go to the gym close to each day for 2-3 hours, + 3,5 hours of biking to school in total each day < school is 30 kilometers from home fyi (No, bus = lazy). And I feel 10x better then I would if I did not. Damn, you should try that. Swap those 10 hours of gaming for 10 hours of being active.

Look while I understand its important to keep fit and exercise regularly, which I do. You don't have to push your opinion onto others, as much as I enjoy it I enjoy runescape too. I "Can't understand." why you don't just accept the fact that people enjoy this game more than they enjoy running after a ball, just because you love sport and exercise so much doesn't mean everyone eles does too.
