Gratz on the corrupt dscim! A tip, don't bring Varrock teles as your emergency tele, it should be your explorer's ring. That way you would have 3 more spaces for food. :D

Damn after the bot update nearly every world is like, only 100-200ish people. Really shows how bad the situation was before...

It just means we have to work that much harder to rebuild the lost sense of community now that they're gone, especially in F2P.

And gratz on the corrupt scimmy, Makkaravelho. Not bad for your first time at Revs.

Community is far from dead. It's just that there are more members now than there are F2P's. Majority of the F2P players switched to P2P I'm guessing. I just think.

Anyway. I've been training crafting via tiaras. Are there any better ways of training?

If you mean faster, then no. Body tiaras are the fastest F2P Runecrafting xp, but also the most expensive. You can get similar xp/hr making Earth runes with FOG gloves.

Oops. My mistake. Not enough coffee makes for the not good reading.

If you already have the silver, you could try switching to holy symbols. They sell for about 4 times as much on the GE, sell a lot better than tiaras (at least they used to) and are only 2.5 xp less.

Personally, I did gold amulets for a while. It's about 50k xp/hr and they sell for about 60gp profit each.

For more ideas, take a look at Grimy Bunyip's Crafting Table. It lists everything you can craft with xp/hr rates and updated GE prices.

I understand that the level 27 Minotaurs in the Stronghold of Security are good for Ranged training as they drop iron arrows pretty frequently.

Though, these days I only range in Fist of Guthix...

Mithril arrows at Flesh crawlers/Giant spiders. Afkable, and like 35k xp/h when you have 90+ ranged.

Finally come to the conclusion that training with 1 Defence in FtP is a mugs game.

Acquired 30 and am finding the afkability of the various training spots a much welcome relief. As for FtP range training - tanking gear, gravite/maple shortbow and a large quantity of Mithril Arrows suffices for me.

Hi fellow F2P people.

First post.

I am Correct.

I love to Firemake.

I am poor.

I can not afford to Firemake.

I am sad because I can not Firemake.

Sincerly,

Correct

I've been waiting so long for you to (hopefully) start contributing to this thread. Oh happy day. :)

Ranged:

rangedmithrilzonderoppa.jpg

Def 70

Ranged 95

Style: Rapid

Place: Flesh Crawlers/Zombies

Arrow: Mithril

Not picking up any arrow or even anything else at all

Only autoattack (not clicking monsters myself)

No prayer used

1 random appeared

1340 arrows shooted in 1 round (costs: 1340*20=26800 + 3943 gp for food and teleport = 30743 gp totalcash/3029(sec)*3600=36538.3955 gp an hour)

Prices might change

Inventory:

law rune, 3 air runes, 1 fire rune, 25 Swordfish (didn't use anchovis pizza)

Armour and weapons:

Coif, teamcape 18, Amulet of Power, 10K mithril arrows, maple shortbow, Green Dragonhide body, Green dragonhide chaps, Green dragonhide vambs, leather boots

(this is highest ranged att without any armourpart degrading as far as I know, or in every case before dungeoneneering)

Rates are including banking (teleport varrock, bank, eat up till max hp, bank, restore inventory, run back to ranged place)

Same story +- but then addy arrows:

Everything where a ? you can calculate yourself I'm too lazy for it :P

Same story at Spiders:

xpperuuraddyarrowszonde.jpg

It's slower xp/h in my case, but one of the reasons for that was my pretty low defence (defence lvl 70).

If my defence lvl was higher I probably would have had a higher xp/h rating at the Spiders as as the Flesh Crawlers and zombies.

At the spiders I was simply more busy eating/banking as actual training.
