The game did not let me, so I tried to teleport. That didn't work either. So just watch out if you are on pvp. And does jagex do rollbacks for this type of bug? When teleporting it said: you cannot do that in this area. Idiot who said I got binded, I didn't know you could be bound and still move? LOL.

Unless I am mistaken you cannot go up or down stairs while frozen.nevermind then If not being able to go back down some stairs is a bug and the guy knew about it and lured you into the situation to use that bug to his advantage it would be bug exploitation. Which is a big deal

I've got to agree that following was pretty ignorant, however calling somebody a lyar at the spot without any proof is just unkind. I believe that sometimes you can't go up the stairs either but if a staircase does not work then his statement about the tbing could be true as well, or he might have not noticed the tbing in the moment of "wtfml i'm dieing".
