The tower came with either the resource dungeons or the occult floors, can't remember which but it was with one of those.

They might be using it for the Christmas event though, who knows.

its a resource dung that takes 120 dung to enter, inside is a cozy little cottage where you and bilrach can sit down together and drink egg nog

And that's when Bilrach gives you his Christmas present, which is the item for this year's event, a santa hat with the examine description "smells a bit like booze."

See? It's different than the tradeable santa hat, it has a different description!

@The tower,

Daemonheim's architecture has been growing with every Dungeoneering update, but neat find nonetheless!

I'm going to give JaGEx the benefit of the doubt that they decided to slowly expand to represent something, rather than because the skill was released prematurely.

@The soaking update...

Do you guys think Graardor and Kree'arra will get soak bonuses? They wear Bandos and Armadyl armors, respectively!

Oh oh, how about Tormented Demons? Part of their bodies are made of Dragonite!

I feel also that this will greatly incentivize specialization within permanent teams in Daemonheim...

I don't think you can wear these

In all seriousness, I'm itching to see this update. I do hope they don't go overboard with it. I want them to introduced Life boosting and Damage soaking boosting armour befroe calling it a day :P

I love how the teaser pictures tell us absolutely nothing about how the hitsplats will look with soak damage, nor whether they'll differentiate melee types. Typical Jagex to post something entirely devoid of information, even when said information wouldn't be a spoiler in the least.

Guess we'll have to wait until the update comes out to see the idiotic mistakes it'll be too late for them to fix within the next several weeks.

They very rarely give us pictures full of valuable information....like last weeks Picture...was a room with one cyclossus in it stunning you. yea, that explained a lot.

Also, someone has just barely speculated as whether or not it will show melee types (which I HIGHLY doubt), and when you see a picture that doesn't clarify that, you dismiss it as a mistake?

Unless of course you're talking about the inevitable glitches that will come with the update as their idiotic mistakes, in which case, it's not even worth bringing up, since by now, it's a given those will be there.

They could give everyone a christmas cloak that can be used outside and inside of Daemonheim. |^_^|

I know they aren't able to add capes to dungeoneering, but I would love it if they did. :P

My first thought was Elemental Workshop, but it would be way too soon for that... On the other hand, those do seem like dwarven faces.

I really wish the next dwarven quest returned to the amount of humour the series used to have with the old developer (fancy a kebab anyone?), but i guess we will have more of that sensitive crap again... Not that i don't like it every now and then, but picking the same formula the developer used in the goblin series and aplying it on the dwarven one, ignoring the fact that there were already some distinctive elements in this series prior to his work, was IMO a very bad move. The series was already sucessful by its own right and a favourite among many questers, even when it was only 2 quests long.

Also, i'd fancy been in the back of the sacred forge, if there is a back room to it. Either that or exploring more of the ruins of Camdoozal...

Reacting impulsively and saying what's on your mind feels oh so good.. for a little, until you realize you just started WWIII.
