Wkw
Can someone provide comparison between the t90 power armor (inc gloves), compared to Nex sets, and t85 ports (with auto gloves) Just raw stat numbers for my own morbid curiosity? Ammako
I don't think we can base ourselves on the lv90 weapon market and the lv75 weapon market to determine if this is true; the community is known to panic whenever anybody shows any possibility of their stuff becoming less useful. No, what you should do is take the weapons yourself and perform actual dps tests, with real numbers, not "I feel like this is better because XYZ"

Many people have tested. Some have even posted their findings on RSOF. According to one such thread: Maybe the numbers are exagerated or whatever, the but it seems to be true in general. Blutters
There are so many little changes here... Many I wasn't aware of during Beta stage, or that perhaps were rolled out for this update. When did Barge stop requiring a specific target? It just seems like a melee Surge, but one that does damage, now. Does it hit whatever targets are in your path? Oddish DIY
I tested ascensions & royal 367 mainhand max (hits every 4 ticks) 192 offhand max (hits every 4 ticks) 726 royal max (hits every 6 ticks) 367+192 * 1.5 = 838,5 So ascensions deal 838,5 damage for every royal crossbow hit. keep in mind that royal seemed hit smaller numbers more often.
Sy_Accursed
The thing I've noticed with alot of these rsof analysis's of damage is that they aren't actually doing dps in the slightest. They are taking max hits and going herp derp its bigger, bigger is better herp derp t90 is ruined. When of course first and foremost AVERAGE hits matter more than max hits for a true picture of dps and of course you can't just take the raw damage numbers you have to divide for speed. For example using those crit hits from an rsof thread posted further up by yoko Royal - 700 avg speed = 194.4 dps Ascensions - 300 + 170 fastest speed = 195.8 dps Chaotic staff - 600 avg speed = 166.6 dps Seismics - 300 + 150 fastest = 187.5 dps Of course these aren't perfect figures as all there figures were about and were crit hits, not an nice average hit; but even so apply basic dps math of dividing by speed (3.6 for avg, 2.4 for fastest) to get ACTUAL dps figures and the t80s are not beating the t90s Operation Gold Sparkles :: Chompy Kills :: Full Profound :: Champions :: Barbarian Notes :: Champions Tackle Box :: MA RewardsDragonkin Journals :: Ports Stories :: Elder Chronicles :: Boss Slayer :: Penance King :: Kal'gerion Titles :: Gold Statue
strilmus
i sort of dislike the hitsplats because when somebody gets a big hit it tends to just smother all the other splats like a photobomber yeah, i've noticed that my godsword collection was hitting like over 500 legacy damage (over 600 with crits) with void on, and the sara specs were slightly lower but i was healing pretty massive chunks of hp with it hope they patched it? Reliable
Any idea on the new best Revolution rotations with the buffs / nerfs of various abilities? I have been tweaking mine a bit and managed to get a 1-2% improvement to dps so far, but wondering what absolute optimal would be (in more of a slayer situation, not bossing). Reliable
legacy > revo atm No, it's not even close, I've done quite a few tests, and outside of Mutated Jadinkos, legacy is slower in every way by a minimum of 7% or more compared to Revo + Thresholds / Berserk. Some differences were much larger too, just people are giving out false information without proper testing and everyone is falling for it.

Reliable
even with barraging? If you barrage, you need to compare to barrage as well. Also, you don't barrage on revolution, you use momentum. For direct comparisons, every slayer task outside of mutated jadinkos from Kuradal have had 7% to up to 25% lower exp per hour on revolution using DW Drygores, DW Ascensions, and Chaotic staff, in comparison to revolution with threshold usage. And I was even using sub-optimal revolution rotations as well. This was done with my own testing, not hearsay.
Quasar
legacy barraging would clearly surpass momentum barraging. the question is does legacy barraging surpass revolution. judging by the xp increase at abyssal creatures, legacy barraging is something like ~80% more effective than momentum barraging. abyssal creatures went from around 300k/hr-600k/hr with legacy (pure mage). best drops (reasonably accurate/up to date): 1x Elysian Sigil (LS), 1x Arcane Sigil (cs), 4x Armadyl Hilt (solo at 100m, 100m, 50m, and 5m), 2x Saradomin Hilt (solo at 25m), 5x Draconic Visage (34m,1.2m,1.2m) and various cs/ls/ffa Nex splits. Actually, You could easily get 500k mage / hr still abyssal maging with momentum, but again, you can't compare two completely different methods. You could already barrage slayer tasks for much better exp rates than using revolution before Legacy was released, of course, at the cost of actually using runes and costing money. However, I would give my bank to anyone who can kill 200 abby demons / dark beasts / automatons / etc faster using legacy than I am on EoC using Drygores / Ascensions. Barraging momentum vs legacy is the only thing I haven't tested personally yet. Back to the point instead of arguing with yet another one who doesn't want to test things properly.... Anyone know the new optimal revolution rotation for Mage / Melee / Range for slayer purposes? (No stun immunity).

Ambler
Tormented Demons need buffing a bit... From what I can tell, it'll either be reducing the damage dealt above the cap.
