hmmsk
They're just so close to each other... You think this'll have an impact on the prices? Or mabye that it will attract more players? Mabye it is now even a chance for the lower lvled players to try the barrows, since they might have to bank more than once per run. What you think? 18/22 skills at or better than 60.1300+ skill total.Barrows:Torag's Helm x2, Guthan's Helm, Guthan's Warspear, Dharok's Greataxe, died to dharok, Guthan's Platebody, Ahrim's Hood. All in a total of 104 runs.
nielsdek
no its not easyer because there isnt a alter so u cant recharge for another run and if u use p pots u can just unnote them in store thats even closer. u can bank ur items u get faster though but thats only thing I was once at the airport with my friends in California, had to go "potty" really bad, and just pissed my pants in the middle of the terminal. (All the cool kids piss in their pants, right?)barrows loot: lost countdaga king loot: lost count :p
teh_soldier
there is an alter,in the swamp, that actually gives you temporary +2 prayer bonus, so you can recharge there and it is alot easier now, since i hate taking food through the swamps and ghasts
HaMMerTjE
The 'only' good thing is that you don't waste sharks while walking to barrows. it's as fast to recharge you prayer in any tele point, then to walk to the altar there. Last time i checked, it's not as fast as teleing to varrok, praying at the altar in the temple, going through both shortcuts... Want to learn to Nex? The Nex Hunters are recruiting! Satenza
This makes it a million times easier for people to do Barrows. No more walking from the port. :) With so many trees in the city you could see the spring coming each day until a night of warm wind would bring it suddenly in one morning. Sometimes the heavy cold rains would beat it back so that it would seem that it would never come and that you were losing a season out of your life. But you knew that there would always be the spring as you knew the river would flow again after it was frozen. When the cold rains kept on and killed the spring, it was as though a young person had died for no reason. In those days though the spring always came finally but it was frightening that it had nearly failed.

Ts_Stormrage
here's something for the miners and smithers: go from the bank into the haunted mine (not the cart entrance, but the staircase) walk east when inside the mine itself (2nd lvl) mine 4 adamant and 24 coal right there exit and walk back to burg de rott (rotty?) smelt the st00f bank, rinse and repeat Former Leader of The Tal Shiar Alliance - An Original Tip.it ClanMember of the Wilderness Guardians and Founder of the Silent GuardiansFounder of The Conclave - A Tip.it Clan institutionTip.it Times author (click for all my articles) - When I use the wrong reasons to make the right statement, argue the reason, not the statement.MSSW4 General - Did we kick your ass too?Check us out!==> No seriously, if you like FREE GP, XP and Dung tokens, as well as Community, Opportunity and above all FUN... <==CLICK IT! DiLord
Dude, they need to add a Burgh De Rott teleport and barrows would be sooo much faster.
scopium
Well even if its faster to unnote at shop, if your going to stay there for awhile, it would be much better to just hop to bank instead of going to canifis/port. Also run out of food, hop to rott and shark fish.

Lets_3ekout
not really, there's a way to get your items which is twice if not 3 times closer then the new town. simply unote noted sharks and prayer pots in general store (use a permenant serum on the shop keeper of course). loss of money unnoteing? nope, the cash in gp that barrows supplys nearly every trip covers the unnoteing price with profit to go. unless they make a bank ontop of the barrow brothers graves, there isn't going to be a closer way to get food and pots (and whatever else). Mordendravid
here's something for the miners and smithers: go from the bank into the haunted mine (not the cart entrance, but the staircase) walk east when inside the mine itself (2nd lvl) mine 4 adamant and 24 coal right there exit and walk back to burg de rott (rotty?) smelt the st00f bank, rinse and repeat OT as this is barrows, but: Surely it would be better to superheat until you're full of addy bars, then bank, rinse and repeat...? Back on topic, no altar in Rott makes the bank less useful, shop is closer anyway and when I want to bank my goodies I'll go somewhere I can pray as well.... arizark
i was trying it to day the haunted mine shortcut to get to the alter is excellent it is much more convenient then teleporting to lumbridge and stocking at canafis :) ty so much ty_stormrage for reminding me of that shortcut

janchuks
there is no better bank than canifis simply: canifis tele, restock, and go in the pub dungeon till hollows, there sail with boat till barrovs With the new bank, U have to run there and back which is way longer
