Umm.. he might have been selling a gold trimmed armour (and as the people before me said, if you were a member, though I doubt because of your level and lack of experience, it could have been guilded/gilded), he wasn't being a scammer, and if you would have reported him you may have given yourself the chance of being in trouble, your not supposed to abuse the system, and you obviously haven't quite comprehended what item scamming is, you should have traded to see what he was trading. (was in process of going to bank in Draynor to retrieve 30gp to go to Karamja). I was chopping an oak to get logs, so I could cook whatever I caught on Karamja. When this Level-3 guy who was already at the location chopping the oak, says "Noob". I did nothing to provoke him. I didn't report him, because I didn't feel that it was an appropriate 'situation' to report. After all..he only said one word ("Noob"). After that, I stopped chopping, continued walking to bank in Draynor, retrieved 30gp, and went to Karamja Island to start harpooning tuna (3 minutes before the incident, I was cooking fish, and levelled up to Cooking Lvl30.) There was a level 102 there as well, as soon as i arrive there, he calls me a noob and starts saying the most random things. After a while, he ran to the other side.
