Arrows theives is 1 thing...trojans is another

Urukai: Kill them all! leave none alive!!! GWAK!

I hate when people do it, but i still do it if they are steel or higher and i get the chance, survival of the fittest.

As soon as those arrows appear to everyone It's anybody's arrows. Just like a fumble in football or when someone drops a 20 on the ground. Therefore I feel justified in picking up something that doesn't belong to anyone. They had 30seconds to a minute to pick it up. I saw it I picked it up. It's mine. End of story.
:shame: ud take a 20 that someone drops on the ground?im ashamed to be in your sig......
I shall take my flock underneath my own wing, and kick them right the [bleep] out of the tree. If they were meant to fly, they won't break their necks on the concrete.

The person whom I quoted mentioned pocketing a 20 that someone had dropped. I merely responded to that comment.

Anywho, if you want to be a rude and ignorant moron (As most arrow thieves are) then more power to you. Even if it is perfectly legal, hasn't anyone heard of decency?

rune or addy arrows will probably make it into my inventory.. ;)

Anything else aren't really arrows, they're just junk.

And you all know my answer to this. Arrow stealing is not cool. Bad karma cometh to those who steal thoust arrows!

Yeah yeah yeah... Its open game, blah blah blah. Its still rude. Same with spawn stealing and pile looting. Very legal. Very uncool. Very rude.

A circus in Runescape?? Oh my.

thank you.....exactly what i thought...and spawn stealing is even worse.......so when some one steals my spawn(mainly a blue dragon)i have to hop because they wont even consider being nice and moving.

i think if someone jacks your arrows you both should be teled to a special duel arena in lvl 123 wilderness and on the way zammy blesses them and steals there hp so there skulled and have 1 hp left and they cant run so you just kill them and take there stuff plus get your arrows back

Retired from RS since Sept 06

I hate arrow jackers. They drive me insane, and there's no reason to take the arrows, other than just plain lazyness!

My way of stopping it: Use either a crystal bow, or Enchanted bolts (people cant pick up enchanted bolts hehe ::' )

Stop thinking. It's Runescape.

Ok, arrow stealing while legal in the sense, it is still not good to practice. Yes you can take them but what about the guy who bought/made them? Well for those who are ranging, just time the drop. If you really care about the arrows, rather the exp, then go and pick them up. If you care about exp but still want your arrows and leave them there to pick up before the respawn. You betta hope that someone doesnt come and pick them up. It would be your fault then. So arrow "stealers" are never at fault.

Dont you remember how many coins you would have if you picked up every coin? Just switch the word coin and arrow. You would have a ton of arrows!

A reflection is just a distorted reality held by glass and your mind.

Cost of a rune arrow - 400gp

Fullmetal Alchemist, you will be missed. A great ending to a great series.

To address the topic, I do not approve of arrow-thieving because it's unkind and immorale. There.

Before I address your character, I'd like to talk about your logic.

You're trying to justify taking someone's arrows because: a) His or Her ranged level is too low B) He or She is polluting RS.

I don't know about you, but I like to train my Ranged Skill with projectiles. Call me crazy, but it's just my thing. Hell, without said projectiles, I couldn't think of another way to raise my Ranged Level! So tell me, please, where's the logic in taking one's materials to raise one's ranged level, then telling them you did so because their ranged level's too low? Not sure what you were thinking at the time, but you might want to check the tracks on your Train-Of-Thought- it seems to have derailed.

By the same logic, I should be able to prevent you from leveling Farming, because you're 71 and I'm 74? Believe me, if there was an "Uproot Jack-Wagon's Plant" feature, I'd use it; just for you, Champ. Or maybe, I should be able to plow your house over for an auxilary parking lot, because you're level 61 construction, and I'm 72?

Now onto my favorite subject, your character. Flawless as it may seem at times (I'm sure!), you are in short, a jerk. You're purposely stealing from someone else, in regard to an item's value. Don't tell me you're not in it for that sweet 500Gp from those 50 Iron Arrows- I can tell you're price-aware. It's okay, you won't live on as a jerk, like Durial. But I assure you, it's because you won't have the oppurtunity. And the thought of that "taking candy from a baby" theme regarding stealing arrows because someone has a lower Ranged level... Sickening.

I'm not easily offended, I don't jump to respond to a minor-insult. But you have a truly disgusting attitude, Big Guy.

If they need my arrows that bad they can have them.

People (ie. humans) are, by nature, greedy. I'm not saying that everyone is, but personality defaults to it. Look at babies/toddlers. They just want stuff. They don't care what it's worth, or how useful it really is. As long as they have stuff, they're happy.

Now, replace 'babies/toddlers' with 'spoilt, moronic 13 year olds' (the vast majority of Runescape citizens), and 'stuff' with 'virtual stuff'. It's rude, it's annoying, they don't know any better.

It is a sad, sad, truth that there has never been and will never be a 100% selfless (as in not even 0.000001% selfish) act from a human. A parent who gives their life to save their child commits a mostly selfless act but it is not 100% so since they could never live with themself if they did not save their child. They have a choice of being dead or being dead with their dead kid. This doesn't mean that they, or the act, are selfish; it merely means that a part of that act, and every other act ever committed, was.

I dissagree where you say that they do not know any better. 90%+ of runescapers know right from wrong and rude from polite. (See P.S. for a short story of one who didn't.) They know it is rude/wrong but they do it anyway. An infant does not know that they are causing their sister pain when they pull her hair; she simply wants to see hair up close. These kids who scam, arrow steal, macro (not the companies), and other rude and/or illegal things KNOW THAT THEY ARE DOING SOMETHING WRONG. They do it anyway because they value their self over others.

As to Daemos_Magen and others like him: read my previous posts; I don't have time to waste on walls. You know what you are and you enjoy being it. Loser squared.

P.S. I met somebody who honestly had never taken the time to think the whole thing through. They logged in (fgs I believe), stole a stack of iron, and then stole my spawn a little while later.... Then he said "Hi wuts up?" I said that there was a noob around and he asked where (we were the only people there). I said that he was being a jerk for no reason. He asked "How? Is my dhide too nooby to be here?" (blue dhide). I then explained a little etiquette on arrow theft, spawn stealing, world hopping, etc. He said "But I won't have as many arrows if I don't get the ones on the floor". I asked him how he would feel if I did all of those things to him... and it finally sunk in. He apologized, hopped, and resides on my friend's list to this day.

I think arrows stealers are annoying and need to find a better way of making money then picking up peoples arrows. If they dont do it for money they do it for fun and should burn. :x
