Never seen a specific one of these threads, just posts about it. So name some particularly bizzare things that runescape allows u to do. most have to do with inventory oddly enough lol. I'll start off with a few. Mods, if this belongs in "forum games" please move it.

 

 

 

How can you hold 7 Dwarf Multicannons, in a backpack?

 

How can you hold an entire inventory of sharks in a backpack?

 

When you get impaled by [bleep]es, you don't die or lose barely any damage

 

Same thing with lava...

Pretty much EVERYTHING you do in runescape could be listed.

It's a game, would you like getting killed or having holes put into you every time you go train agility? Would you rather have to set up a table to eat and heal yourself while you pk? Why would you have seven cannons?

I always though of it as iron requiring 2 heaps of coal to heat up enough to melt and form steel, and higher ores requiring more coal because they have a higher melting temp.

i can hold a couple thousand cannonballs at once but i can only hold 28 capes.

 

 

 

you can fish for sharks, tuna, and swordfish without actually putting the harpoon in the water.

 

 

 

you can cut down trees without the ax touching the tree.

 

 

 

falling into hot melted lava does not kill you.

 

 

 

you can make a bar of steel in a matter of seconds. while you are holding the steel with your bar hands. putting your body in the furnace. o.O

 

 

 

you start tutorial island as a full grown [wo]man.

 

 

 

basically many, many things. the game is not supposed to be logical. it is supposed to be fun. :P

i'm sorry, i guess it seems this way to some people. I'm not trying to point out that runescape has so many flaws like "this isn't right cause it wouldn't work..." No, i know that its a game very much so and i love its ways of working. I'm just making a simply post that underlines the more funny things that wouldn't make any sense, i'm not saying it shouln't be there, just stating thats its funny, thats all. :

The coal is not combined with the iron, it is used as fuel for the furnace to heat it high enough to purify the iron.

 

 

 

Real life steel is made with iron and coal, just not put together. Runescape is accurate in that regard.

Wouldn't it make more sense to make a thread about the logical aspects of runescape :

I don't think JaGeX ever intended for Runescape to reflect reality, seeing that in a close-up screenshot I took of my character, he has no eyes (only eyebrows I believe), no mouth and ears that take up half the side of his head.

In Nardah, the merchant sells Chocolate Ice-pops.

You can do 4 swift slashes .... after that... your too exhausted, but you can still yield a gigantic axe :|

 

millions of gold are maybe 1 lbs.... makes robbing a bank much easier.

You know.... in cabin fever...

Failing the shortcut to the Cosmic altar - 3 stabs through the chest & heart - you go Arrrgghh owww rtc - and loose 4 measly HP! (Not that I'm complaining.)

what has always bugged me is the chainmail concept. i make chainmail as a hobby in real life and altho i've never made plate armor i know how to. makin chainmail takes the same time to make as plate in runescape. you can shape a steel plate in 3 hours if your working fast in real life, it would take 2 months to make a chainmail tunic (which i must say looks quite impressive now that i finally finished the thing :thumbsup: )

coal is just the power source for the heating, if anything the thing that makes no sence would be why you dont need coal to smelt tin, copper or iron lol
