Early bird or late owl?

Seeing as mostly teenagers are here...you'll get lots of late owls. The older you get, the earlier and earlier you tend to wake up.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Personally, I'm 18, and while I don't mind sleeping in on the occassion...I HATE sleeping in past 10. I feel like half my day is already gone. When I had snow days just recently, I just stayed up even though it was 6am (that's when I normally wake up for school). It was GREAT though...I mean...I had 16 hours of my day all there for the taking.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I don't know, I tend to be in the middle. I'm not really a night owl, but I definitely don't hit the sack until 11 or midnight usually.

Yeah, who wouldn't want another 25 years to live? A few people I bet but that's not the point.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Night owl, but if I wake up early with something planned to do, like a bus tour or trip, I get really excited for some reason...

Nocturnal. The night is so much better.. it's quieter, more peaceful, more easy to focus in, and just plain better 8-) .

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

with this many people up in the evening, I think the morning is more peacefull.

Definitly a late owl. I hate mornings and am always grumpy for the first few hours.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I do however like pulling an all nighter and watching the sun come up with the sky just beghinning to light up :D

Wake up every weekday at 6:00 am.

 

 

 

Go to sleep around 2:00 am.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I love the night. Less fools to deal with.

 

 

 

Don't tell me I have terrible sleeping habbits.

Late owl. I push my limits to sleep as long as possible, and go to bed as late as possible. Right now as a matter of fact, it's 11, and I have to wake up at 7. :-#

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

On weekends, it's another story. 4am is pretty regular territory for me. :D

Late owl, else I would rarely be online at all and would barely have any time for myself.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I usually stay up til about 1-3am though I have been known to stay up until or (Very rarely) past 6am

So you guys think because we're mostly in our teens that most people here are late owls? Or do you think in general most people are late owls?

it has definitely been affecting my health for the worse though

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

ever since i got to college..i have been getting an average of 4-5 hours of sleep every night...and i definitely see its effects.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

i am tired all day, i get sick a lot more often than normal, get head aches, i am cranky, and overall it has been for the worse

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

sleep definitely should be valued more than it is in our societies...i am amazed at how much it affects a person's well being...but i am living proof
