And thank goodness for that. I think Jagex can do a lot better at making unsafe PvP than what that morass had turned into. Say what you want about Edgeville, Castle, Rune Rocks, and Abyss PKers, but the rest of the wilderness truly presented an opportunity for warriors to survive and dominate based on their wits and abilities, and moreover to do it in as freely a fashion as they wished. PKing is about chaos. It is not an organized blood sport. PKing is about the strong surviving, not letting those who wish to opt out because they want to craft ess or mine rune be. I was a rune miner who used to moan about PKers - Now I honestly, truly wish they were back, even if the slimeballs that mine AND PK still deserve to be burned at the RuneStake. Also, I spent months training a hybrid I can no longer use so I could fight in the WILDERNESS, not some rubbish arena that Jagex will no doubt be throwing our way in a couple months' time. Don't you mean the team with the more people wins? In my opinion, pking died upon the release of rs2 and it was basically already dead. Sure I sympathize with pkers that they lost their favorite thing but the wilderness was as good as gone.

My friend and I were discussing our horrible luck about random event prizes. The most either of us had gotten was near 500gp (and the other reward is 1k #-o ). So post your rewards and show off your luck!

Do you hear yourselves?! Did you ever stop to think that Jagex pictured the wilderness to be a *little* bit harder?! The old wilderness was practically empty everywhere besides edgeville and could easily be avoided. And yet people have had the nerve to complain about how runescape is becoming too easy and there wasn't a challenge. Open your eyes and accept the fact that you might have to actually fear dying in the wild. :wall: Maybe they weren't there to be trained on? A challenge is suppose to be...uh...I dunno....A CHALLENGE?!

Lol, ROFL. Thats pretty funny, lol. But I think That they do have people on all the forums. To see what players "Really" think of the updates. They definitely do. In one of their updates, I remember them say that they look on fansites as well as rsof for feedback from the players. Odd, I got a reply from a message saying that Jagex does not look on other fan sites for advice, ideas, or to see what parts of their community think of them. :-k

Not that I necessarily support the reverting of the update - You're forgetting the customers make Jagex what it is. Without protesting things you and many other people see unfair or non-functional/improvable, no progress would've ever been made in the world. Except the vast majority aren't rioting for something that makes the game better, more fair, or for progress. They are rioting to have drop trading back so they can level pures easier. They are rioting to have PKing back, so they can mob the "edge" again. They are rioting to have their access to cheap resources back. They are rioting so they CAN buy gold again. They are rioting with NO thought or care as the why these draconian measures had to be taken. They don't care about a better runescape. They just want THEIR "game" back. =D> Wait till summoning is released and the numbers will bounce right back. No biggie :wink: .

I got the top and boots that way. Didn't rc ALL of my runes though tbh. And I had to sell them because of a friend scamming me :x .

I still have weird finger popping "talents" and they're not as good as 2 years ago before I maxed fletching (strung yew longs and unofficially broke the stringing/h record). Btw, I maxed it 2 days before Christmas LAST year. Theiving isn't quite as bad but you still have to click alot and it hurts. :?

lol my thoughts exactly ...And if they're supposed to be replacing pkers...then shouldn't they be dropping something worthwhile? :-k At least these pkers don't run, tele, call you a safing noob, have a load of sharks, and use a clan of 50 to take you down in 2 seconds. Imo, it's better off. :-w

The way you wrote it says that they are glad he's dead. The way that it is meant to be interprited (If his mind was that fragile, he's as good as dead) means that anything could have pushed him over the edge and it's not jagex, the governments, or anyone besides the parents' fault that he killed himself.

You can't riot in a game :wink: . The most you can do is spam and act really immature. Like that's going to get anything done . Anyways, I don't mind the update seven though they are extreme. No one can make up their mind on what to complain about to jagex. If I was Andrew, I would be pissed and give them what they ask for. Kind of like when a kid is caught smoking, his dad makes him smoke the whole carton :P . Anyways, I think that the updates will be reduced and jagex will post a message stating that people are acting immature and they should actually have reasonable complaints (Only in a much more mature and non-offensive way O:) ).

I personally have played both and chose WOW. Personally more fun to me and pvp was WAY better. And people need to quit referring to $15 a month as "pressure to play". You really need some help if your that obsessed to getting your full 50 cents a day :-s . @seer: You shouldn't try to compete against someone like Nadril :-$ .
