I agree very much with the obby sword. I've tried both obby sword+berserker necklace and the saradomin sword. I'd say the obby sword is about equal to the sara sword in strength traning, at least in my eyes. Plus you can use a shield with it. Also, combine that with the underrated warrior ring, and you partially make up for some of the accuracy loss with the berserker necklace.

The Rogues Den isn't good exp at all. At your level, blackjacking bandits in Pollniveach is the fastest exp, and blackjacking menaphite thugs at 65. There's an excellent guide on it in player-made guides forum.

Simply stand there and fight it, eating when necessary. It's simple, no strategy required.

I beg to differ. If you like herblore, Creature Creation is one of the best ways to collect certain 2nd ingredients yourself. I use it quite often. I'd consider the quest to be more than worth it, especially since you want to train herblore. You can actually get to over 50 herblore from quest rewards alone. Check the knowledge base for quests with both herblore rewards and choosable exp rewards, and you will have to do little herblore training.

It should be very easy for you. Don't worry about dieing. I've done it several times on level ~20 accounts with no prayer and ~35 mage. Load up your inventory with swordfish, anti-fire potions aren't necessary, and you should slaughter it.

I've used the 2 in combination. I'ts worth it. I've been able to hit just about as high as with a whip, and just about the same accuracy. It blows the dragon scimitar away in strength training.

You can't be level 3 with 99 magic, unless you got it in classic. Mage levels give combat levels. Not a bad method for low levels, although it doesn't need to be at the wizards. Get a -65 or so magic bonus, and you can attack anything and fail 100%. Also, at higher levels, high alching and stunning are much faster.

I don't know if this is a weird habit, or obsessive compulsive disorder. This happens while sitting alone, most of the time on the computer, sometimes while I'm driving, generally while I'm sitting down. I feel the need to jerk my head around, looking back, then straight ahead again. I must do this six times in a row, sometimes in multiples of six, 24 is a common multiple I use. It's pretty weird, I have a lot of other obsessive compulsive like habits, so maybe I should be concerned about my mental health :|

The formula is 2c+1 (c = monsters combat). So you'd need to be 69 combat.

If you do a lot of combat, about as much as a normal person, it could take a couple weeks for it to fully degrade. If paying 90k every couple weeks is a problem for you, then you really shouldn't have guthans.

Anywhere where you get hit, but not enough for food to be efficient. A good example on slayer is something such as bloodvelds. They don't hit high, but their small hits add up. The extra 8hp/minute can completely replace food or b2p. Try it at barrows, kinda wonderin how effective it would be there...

Wouldn't make sense to pk with a rune scim, because it was the same speed with almsot half the power.

I'm quite like you. I love tornados and storms. I've always wanted to see or be near one. I live in Iowa as well, but we havn't had any tornados come near our farm in a good 5-6 years. The closest one recently was during the tornado outbreak, but that was about 15 miles away, and it roped out before we could even see it -.- Where do you live in Iowa? I'm in Cedar Rapids so we don't get a whole lot here besides the nasty storms. For college I want to go to the University of Iowa and Iowa City always seems to get a lot of damage :thumbsup: I live in northwest Iowa, south of Spencer. I think that's where the outbreak spawned the most tornados, isn't it? In that general area.

Illegal or not, go for it. I have from friends who went through on foot. They all stood in the same order they would be in a car but on of them was ahead of the rest making "engine" noises while the rest ordered their food. I got an epic lul out of that XD Once I was going on a trip with some other kids and we stop at a McDonalds. One of the kids ordered a sandwich and didn't get a bottom bun -.-

I don't remember a thing about my first internet days, but I remember the first games I played, back in the late 90's. Kingdom of Kroz, and Duke Nukem 3D. I still happily play Duke Nukem 3D today, awesome game, and I can't wait for Duke Nukem Forever to come out (or is it out yet? I havn't checked recently)

Full screen and high detail were running smoothly and lag-free ever since I logged on, but now after that system update the Runescape main page won't even load... edit: loads now, but before this, right after the system update, sk crashed when I tried to log back on -.-

With all this hubbub, I wonder if anybody noticed in the news section saying that membership fees for new subscribers will be increased slightly :P
