Got 92 Firemaking, as well as my ADZE finally. And then I also finished up Ardy Elite. Did a solo Trawler run and finished up by using an Abyssal Titan. So was a great weekend :D Didn't get any Agility levels, but getting close to 86. And now I'm focusing on getting all the rocks for my first statue. Gotten most of them in the last couple of days, and just need Farming now :( Takes a while while just doing herbs. And most of my other time will be spent Fishing for the most part.
-
Ah yes, silly me. We will be working on this! :)

My guess would be that the pie and the scroll do not stack. And I'd recommend doing Ape Atoll until 81 or 82, just to use up less pies, and to fail less often. Especially because when you fail more at 85 Agility, it's comparable xp to Ape Atoll (no failing).
-
If you collect all the herbs yourself, and buy the seconds, you should profit a bit. Some potions will make you lose money, some will give lots of profit. But overall, more give profit than a loss.
-
I can confirm that the double ore that you get from the Varrock armor gives you experience. I happen to be mining Granite right now and received xp for both pieces.
-
Of potions, Serums are the cheapest, but very slow experience. It might be better in the long run if you use something that's more expensive, such as Super Energy Potions, but faster experience. It all depends at what you're willing to spend and what you value your time at in terms of making money. If you make a lot of money in an hour, doing something more expensive is the better thing to do, because it saves you more time, in which you can then go and make that money back. But either way, I use this in order to figure out gp/xp for Herblore: http://runescape.wikia.com/wiki/Calculators/Potions

Or you could refer to the Locations section of Tip.It's Familiarisation Guide. Hey what a surprise, I was going to the say the SAME thing! :D I personally use Obelisk Chat, works pretty well from my experience. A lot of the chats quickly died after the first week or two, so only a few remain. You can always check on the Runescape Forums to find more.

100 is a pretty high number for that. With void (10% att+str) and SS, Piety, and Extremes, I was getting up to 120 per hour, and might possibly get a bit more as well if I repotted more often). Also at maxed melee stats. With your stats, setup, and at least Super Potions, I'd say probably around 80 per hour.

Correct, except that it doesn't matter about hot spots. It's Wilderness or not. Wilderness in PvP worlds = 4x, while non-Wilderness in PvP worlds = 1.5x.

http://runescape.wikia.com/wiki/Calculators/Cooking_fish This is a nice page to use to figure out how much gp/xp everything costs. Currently prices are a little out of sync because of the bonus xp weekend right now. But after it's done, prices will turn to your favor, so you might want to buy some raw fish in a few days if you want to buy them for your levels. You'll also want a combination of low cost/profit as well as decent xp/hour. Like, I would never cook anything below lobsters at 80. And would probably do mostly Monkfish until 94, for the most part, depending on the gp/xp at the time.
-
Ah ok. Well, you won't be taking much damage. EE won't be a problem at all. But it's not a big deal to take armor down there, because you're not running enough for weight to be an issue. Unless you were to have a very low Agility level, but that's not the case with your account.
-
However, I've timed myself before and gotten lucky hours of over 36k xp. Sometimes luck is played in with something like Monkfish. However, I do agree, rarely will you ever see over 36k xp/hour, especially an average. To answer your question, stick with Lobsters. However, Monkfish will be a great addition once you have the requirements finished for Swan Song. For all the way to 99 Fishing, if you want profit, stick with either Monkfish or Rocktails when you can. You could probably to Cavefish as well when you get there. Only do Lobsters if you are meaning to stay a low level and aren't planning on finishing Swan Song. If you want experience, get into Shilo (assuming you haven't done the quest) and then fly fish, until level 70 fishing, at which it's a good idea to do Barbarian Fishing and powerfish there by dropping your fish.

Guys, no need to argue. And sorry robertr1, but Paw_Claw is correct. Sorry if there's some sort of misunderstanding, but this isn't the place to be arguing. Nonetheless, I'm unsure as to why the different experience gain for the original poster, MARRSVISION. Are you certain you're getting 18 xp?
-
Yeah while mining if you just have Varrock armor and some sort of platelegs, as well as EE, you'll be just fine. I usually bring down more, since the weight isn't an issue while mining. But I'd probably bring a bit of armor, in case you go afk or something.

Well, have made use of the first 4 hours of the bonus weekend. Had ~4.5k crimsons, 3.2k golds, 900 greens, and 200 blues. Ended up getting 90-97 Summoning in less than 3 hours, getting about 5.4m xp. So now I'm 137 combat, and close to another 99 :P Will spend the next few weeks mainly slaying to finish up Summoning. Then got 91 Herblore from 90 with a few Recover Special pots, and now working on 90-92 Fm on Yews, with 1.7x multiplier at the moment. I hate Fming, so it's tough for me, even with a maximum xp/hour at about 480k... Just an awful skill. But, will finally get it. And after 92 Fm, will probably just work on Agility for the rest of the weekend. I think I'll post some pictures of level ups tomorrow, just for a little change :P

Temple Trek/Burgh de Rott Ramble correction
Codguy replied to Sister Nicci's topic in Completed Website Corrections
Interesting. I've never personally seen that either. I think your account is rigged :P So, I believe that these are just bugs/glitches in the Activity. Weird coincidence that you'd get two though. Anyways, I'll leave the thread unlocked for a little while longer in the event that it happens again, or someone else can account for it happening as well. But I'm assuming since they only occurred the one time, for each one, it's probably not meant to happen. -
Moocky is completely correct. I dislike it, but that's what you need to change in order to move your cursor twice or more in a short amount of time from each other. So if you drop more than 1 item at once, or if you're moving back and forth, such as in your case, then you need to take that option off.
-
Well, just got 96 Summoning today myself, well, actually 97. So after reading a lot of these comments, it made me realize how happy I should be :D Got the second best fighting familiar, best healing familiar, and best BoB familiar. Hehe. I think I'd personally bank bones/hides on a dragon task, especially if it's Kuradal's Dungeon. Just using up a lot of scrolls to bank them all, plus it only takes about a minute to bank at Kuradal's Dungeon lol. But also, Pack Yak for Rune mining and training Prayer. And lots of gathering activities as well. I know people who use the scrolls to bank Rocktails when fishing, and I know someone who WCs Mahogany logs in TWB (I think that's right...) area with a Pack Yak, to reduce the amount of times he runs to bank them.

Wow that's weird. Even though it's the correct link, it just sends you to youtube. And yes, I checked, it's the same URL. Anyways, look up 'Superheating while smelting' and it's the first result. Still up, by the way. Max superheating is about 1,800 bars per hour, and this method can get about 300 more then per hour. Basically, you smelt, and every 2 bars, you cast superheat, so you're basically getting 2,100 bars instead of 1,400 (smelting) per hour.
-
Ah, I believe the max is around 1,400 per hour. However, expect 1,100-1,300, because we usually aren't paying 100% attention while doing things like smelting :P And I would recommend using the Edgeville furnace.

I could take a crack at some of this, but don't have the time right now, so I believe Morionic and Zaaps, as well as any other contributors have gotten it down. And just wanted to throw out one more idea: If you want to take the gold route, you can also smelt gold, while superheating. You can view how to do it by viewing Zarfot's video, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qy-Tra5zouw. You can get up to about 2,100 gold ores smelted per hour, with about 118k xp/hour. I'd figure out the math behind cost efficiency, but as I mentioned, don't really have the time right now. I'd personally get to 88 Smithing with whatever method you want, as you're so close, and then do Adamant Platebodies, with or without SC until 99. From 90-99, you'll save about 4 hours, from my experience, by not using SC hammers, however, you end up losing quite a bit of money. I just did a rough, quick calculation, and in order for not using SC with Smithing to be cost efficient, you have to value your time at approximately 14.3m/hour. So, not doing SC is faster, but a lot more expensive. Personally, I'll be using SC :P even though I hate it.
-
Dang, I got beaten to it before I could make it back. Also, if you don't like SC, then you can take that into the matter. Such that losing a bit extra gp/xp will still be worth it as long as you're not playing SC. However, it all depends on what you prefer. Personally, I'd choose to lose a little extra money as long as I wasn't playing SC, but still at the point that 1.1x multiplier isn't enough of a xp bonus to smith without SC. But in terms of efficiency with gp/xp, Morionic is completely correct.
-
I've done some calculations on this, and it solely depends on how much money you make per hour, and how how much money you value your time at per hour. I'm going to class right now, so if you reply, I won't respond for a while, but if I get back and it hasn't been answered, I can help out.
