Yeah but especially in close quarters combat there are many high rank people, like assault combatants who still use basic stuff like K2 and probably haven't even looked at the shop 8-) The rentable weapons are just a nice bonus. (Though I heard you can get a smoke grenade in premium which is a nice diversion weapon)

Without risk taking, there is no such thing as earning a decent profit. And some games which are played against other players (such as Texas Hold'em) are barely card-based, depending more on the player and his nerves. That was just one of the suggestions. No-one was telling him to pick a number between 1 and 5 to double his money or lose it all.

Like said above, try poker (no limit texas hold'em) if you know how to play it for profit - i.e. take advantage of weak players and their fake bluffs while having a strong hand. One of the only card games where a single player can have the advantage, and there is no 'house' to play against, just other players. A job would be your best chance 8-) But since you don't want that, you could always try those 'get paid' sites online.. They will pay a few cents for each ad you click, and yes, they do pay. The payout is just very horrible for spending 10 hours of your time (and getting $1!) And there's no such thing as 'gambling on the stock market' like said above. Only a fool would randomly pick a hyped share and put his life savings into it. You can 'play' the stock market though which is a different subject. If you want a safe but boring way to get a standard amount of cash, look for an easy job because there's always something to do.

I'm very confused. :P I got about 37% xp and started the Shaolin Mountain quest, but have absolutely no idea where to go. The combat system was also a slight disappointment, it's exactly similar to WoW and Lineage. Hopefully it will improve when you get awesome martial art skills, spiritual advance and/or weapons 8-)

I thought this is a purely fighting game, but it looks very much like Lineage. :cry: (Bored of it) Looking for unique games... I'll give it a shot anyways, I'll message you if I see you in the game.

Removed some useless spam from the topic.. Civ4 *is* a good game, and I actually have the real version instead of downloading (well, I got it for a present a year ago). The only thing that is lacking is the combat system. First of all, just the sprites fight, not an army (imagine Rome: Total War, but just the characters on the campaign map fight!) Second thing: Given enough beatings and a low HP, a tank can actually lose to 2 swordsmen in the modern era. Other than that, it's a very, very succesful strategic game. Boundaries expand as you get wealthier. You can send settlers to build new cities. Other civilisations may get jealous and want to join your empire just because it's so advanced. You can even get the UN to vote you as the 'winner' of the world. ..And in the year 2050, you can still have a barbarian armed with a club protecting your cities :P

To most people in the world the 'truth' means nothing because meat may be their *only* alternative, especially in rural areas, besides rice or other growable protein sources. You can't eat the truth. When you talk about people switching to vegetarians, it makes very little difference in the whole world. Sure, if 750 people (like in your example) stop eating meat in London, maybe 1 or 2 cows less will be butchered. Still somewhere else in the world people are starving to death and will slaughter their domestic animals like cows for the meat. Almost all living creatures eat other species, even a beloved pet dog or cat that are supposedly 'innocent' if left in their natural environment without human care. Is it wrong just because you have alternatives? Would dogs be immoral if they chose to kill instead of eating plants? Why do some vegetarians consider eating fish which are just as 'living' as other animals? That has baffled me the most. What difference does it make if your food is 'red' or any other color of meat.. It's still a living thing. (Or was)

Rapid heart rate can be a serious problem, it doesn't run in my family but somehow my mother caught it about 10 years ago. It needs medical treatment. Sharp pain in the chest area, that still happens to me often (and has happened since maybe age 12). Just arch your back or lay down. 8-) Sometimes it's so intense you must leave whatever you're doing at that moment. A doctor has yet to tell me what it's about. And as far as I know you're definitely not the only one...

I doubt the average suicidal teenager wants to kill his/her family though.

Magnum maybe, but Glock is surprisingly good for 1v1 combat, I constantly see people with glock get 30+ kills per game. And if they're medics and are good at evading, they can be really tough cookies to crack.

I didn't even know there can be 29 rounds, even if the points are even at the end. :-# I've never seen more than about 15... (Because you can kill more people than there are rounds, but you can only die once a round)
