First of all, if you want to build muscle, you're doing exactly the wrong thing, with high reps you are increasing your muscle endurance and strength, *not* mass. If you want muscle mass, you should do very low reps with very heavy weights. Example: Your max is a 30-35lbs dumbbell curl. [*:1pj10hot]6 reps with a 25lbs, rest. [*:1pj10hot]Raise to 30lbs, 4 reps, rest. [*:1pj10hot]Raise to maximum, 4 reps, rest. If you're doing 40 reps with a 15lbs weight you will never gain mass. And naturally, further on, you will want to increase your max in order to get more mass and advance. Simple: You don't eat 2 or 3 grams of protein per 1 lbs of your weight every training day. You're eating too much junk especially if your muscle visibility has decreased.

The main reason is to stop auto-anything'ers, the items are just sugar coating to disguise it as a 'feature'. Macroing is much harder when random events happen (especially when those non-killable monsters spawn), hence it's a good idea. Earlier in RSC, there was no macro protection at all. Then they switched to a 'sleeping bag' and 'fatigue' system which was horrible though, it was removed fast.

How many calories you eat in those 5 meals is a big deal. 8-) Try calculating your daily activity+ food consumption. http://www.stevenscreek.com/goodies/calories.shtml (if you don't insert anything except your basic data, it will just show your normal resting metabolic rate) Eat more calories than you take in, and you will gain weight. Most likely you wont want to do that though, you'll want it in the form of some fat, but also some muscle. That's a bit of a too broad topic to address in 1 post (since you want to add overall weight, i.e. 'bulk up', 'bulking', but you're a female so that's probably out of question, you'll know it when you become familiar with this term), try visiting http://www.bodybuilding.com which is the best bodybuilding forum. And depending on your age, if it's over 13-14 (younger than that and I wouldn't suggest this at all), you can consider effective bodybuilding which means you eat at least 2 grams of protein per 1lb of weight and make low reps with heavier weights.

I'll tell you my very similar 'dilemma'. Actually, not even most of my friends knew until about highschool, but my mother is a protestant christian and my father is a muslim. Awkward? :) No.. My father still drinks alcohol and curses and does everything else you're not supposed to do, he's even eaten pork on a few occassions. IMO there's nothing to 'choose' from, I just choose to be neither religion since they both have flaws. I was baptised in a church but that doesn't make it any different either. You don't "have" to choose, just because your father asks you. Learn something from every religion. My father never pressured me into anything, though his family is from a very-loosely islamic area in Europe (near Montenegro) which converted hundreds of years ago due to military and other pressure, so while they wield their religion with pride they don't really even know much about it. To be honest, their physical characteristics wouldn't tell they're muslims either, but they are. Or if you want to prank your parents, turn to Hare Krishna. It will be fun to see the reaction, preferably on April 1st. They'll learn not to take everything so seriously. Edited typo

I think you have to pay extra (real) money to get that stuff. Mmm.. I doubt it. :-k But I believe you can get good stuff like AK47 later when your ranks improve with the ingame money system, dinars (you gain some after each battle, usually a bit less than $1k, and you can rent weapons for 2-3 days at a time)

I slightly modified the title so you can get more help. :) If you tried all of the above and you still lag, you could try downloading the MS java, now discontinued. But you can still look it up on google. I've never lagged with it on Windows. Good point by McGuff that you should take into consideration, RS runs almost 100% on CPU power, not your graphics card or any other factor. Make sure you're not overworking the processor.

I'm not for taxing inheritances, I actually strongly oppose it. I was responding to the point that the guy who works 18 hours a day is not actually 'the big winner' of society, quite on the contrary. Despite how hard you work, every human has only 24 hours in his day. Some people just spent those hours more efficiently and became m/billionaires. No, it's not fair for the "average worker" who put more effort in his job and yet he's over 100,000 times (or more) poorer than some other guy who did half the work he did. I don't believe in equal distribution of wealth either, so I'd admit I have no solution. Why bother sharing your fortune with, for example, those who don't even want to do anything to get wealth?

You have made a major mis-assumption by saying capitalism means "the person who works the hardest earns the most". You missed the point why capitalists were earlier called "pigs". The people who earn the most in a capitalistic system are not those who work 18 hour shifts 7 days a week. The people who earn the most are billionaires who don't even need to work 1 minute a day, but let their money lay in funds and high interest bank accounts, and generate hundreds of millions a year doing nothing. And some of those people got their original wealth "unfairly", i.e. grand inheritances, etc. Which in turn means while these people have even more and more money to pay for goods and drive up the prices, the 18-hour-shift worker is forced to pay more with his normal salary and getting nothing in return except spending more money on consumables.

It MIGHT. Can't guarantee it though. Best way would be to try ;) Ive only got experience using it in the other direction. My external HD with movies => my gfs laptop => the DVD-player (tv didnt have the right connections) => the TV. And yes that worked :D how was the quality? I've used my s cable and hooked it up to my computer but it look really really bad. Without a VGA converter it can look *awful*. I saw some screenshots and I wouldn't dare to play games with *that* grainy graphics.
