Good guide, but it seems to me that it is a bit more of a combat training guide than a preparation for Barrows guide. It would be helpful to low levels on their way up, but not many people with their stats in the 20s know what Barrows is, let alone use that as their goal for levelling. Either way good guide, I dont personally mind the title, although I admit I probably wouldnt have clicked if the title was "Guide to achieving the stats for Barrowing"

(I will take as an example) Went from around 83gp to 5gp in one update, the ge graph started anew - completely denying the existance of an 83gp cake tin. This is direct interference by Jagex. Whats the point of the item if you are just going to be merchanting it? He wants it for training strength, and it wont be doing that on the GE. I agree with what has already been said - If you cant absorb the flow of an item as it rises and falls in price, you cant afford that item. If you NEED to check the GE database each day to see if your item has gone up or down in price, you cant afford that item. Sure the exception is if you are merchanting the item, but If you are going to be using it for actual purposes in game, you should be able to buy it and not worry about selling it unless you dont want it anymore.

my, my, my, I am actually surprised at your incredible ability to expand your absolute wrongness into every word of that last sentance. salve gives you a +20% attack AND strength bonus. strength bonus makes you hit higher. =D> not sure why the hell you wouldn't use a salve ammy, they help so much with slayer. LOL? You've got to be kidding me. NO duh higher str bonus makes you hit more. I'll tell you right now they don't make damage increased special attacks hit any higher. Way to make yourself look dumb, but things like AGS and DDS will not hit higher when using a salve. And I don't do slayer fool, my sig clearly points out that my stats are 99 atk/str but like 56 slayer. Btw, here's max str bonus WITHOUT any pvp armor, and a fury instead of str ammy. AGS a 76 on a player at 10:20 Did you just say that salve(e) doesnt make you hit higher?..... :lol:

How many times have I told people not to put their entire faith in the guide before testing it? :roll: 700 boots... I make that about 10 minutes you may have wasted in buying them and I cant imagine you losing any amount of money that is considerable. Guthix needs no followers, I doubt he demands them either. The few that follow guthix rarely go into battle as the world is nicely balanced as it is. When they do need to go into battle, why would you need a godsword when you have a god who can kill every enemy who stands in your way? The GWD bosses are all level 3s with bronze longswords, and Guthix is an amused level 138 who knows he could barrage them all in a moments notice.

I use it quite often at Metal Dragons, and also at Waterfiends when I get very desperate. I have gone off it more recently, preferring to flash Piety instead - the extra damage output far exceeds the few points of prayer for protection... :thumbsup: Some say that Jagex nerfed it, but I myself have managed an entire Metal Dragon task (melee) using only around 10-15 prayer points, the better your timing the more efficient it is. (Its much harder for creatures like Waterfiends who have two types of attack, the timing gets messed up frequently)

I quit Runescape for WoW, Id still be playing it if it hadnt decided to crash my PC every single time I switched it on... The price doesnt bother me, If I was going to play WoW, I would be doing so whether the price is reduced or not (Although I wouldnt mind it if Blizzard gave me a new computer to play it on)
