Yes, but doing only maples from 45-99 is still about 90 hours of firemaking, and in that you do nothing that changes the routine for those long hours I know many who changed to doing eucalyptus or magic logs instead :unsure: 90 hours of rc from your level will maybe get you like 80 rc. They tend to do that, almost anything interrupts the warning message (or the you'd better stroke it message), including banking etc. Mine ran away three times before I finally managed to grow one :razz: Just try to feed it at 70% or something and stroke it every 10%.

I know of someone who killed 41k dusties and got 2 d chain drops. The droprate really is low.

Ah. You shouldn't try to chin while doing other stuff, it takes quite a lot of attention to get them all to line up properly and keep attacking etc. You wont be getting good xp per chin or anything close if you multitask.

They're just average xp and don't really drop anything besides the charms, so yeah I agree with philip. Skip them. You could try killing them in the chaos tunnels though, when I tried that with my stats I was able to kill like 190/hour with an iron titan. Would be pretty decent slayer xp.

Melee/range defence (barrows is fine), standard slayer gear with mind shield/dfs. Just piety, no protection pray. I found that 1 dose of super set and 6 doses of prayer potion per 9 wyverns works best for me. Fill your inv with the pots you need. Bring pony scrolls + EE, and fill the rest of your inventory with pineapple pizzas or similar high healing food. You should be able to do the task in one trip.

I didn't do this myself, but it pretty much what you asked for. :razz: We were in Yper to visit the first world war monument and some other important sites around there on a school trip, we also went to a museum about the first world war. In the forest behind it, there were some fake trenches and tunnels (it had rained quite a lot before we got there so there were a lot of muddy puddles that were awesome to jump around in, since the museum supplied waterproof boots). The trenches seemed pretty real, and a fairly long one went partly underground. It was really dark and maybe 5 foot high, we went through with a group of about 10 people. One guy ran ahead and hid just around a corner. When a girl who was in my class walked past, he shouted at her pretty loud and turned on his flashlight. She was really frightened and ran out of the tunnel without looking back once and sat down on a tree stump outside, half crying and half laughing while trying to catch her breath. The guy tried to calm her down but it took a few minutes until she had done that and was able to stand up again. Looking back it was pretty funny and the girl didn't really mind it either, but it's pretty weird how you can be so scared by something like that under the right circumstances.

I can still get 'untrimmed' summoning, I was about combat 100 when summoning came out and never really hunted for charms. Untrimmed slayer is definitely the hardest.

it's not so much the "get it by granite" than the fact that the new 99 miners who used those mines didn't have to do a lick of work compared to everyone else who got 99 prior to its (the mines) release. learn to read deeply into what other people write; it will serve you better in life. I said "i worked for my 99, and now they can 1 click for 99". nowhere in there does it say "do it my way or else you are n00b". I'm just pointing out how lazy people are now. and too be honest, it's the people getting 99 mining the 1 click way that are making other 99 miners look bad. Wait, people are lazy if they don't use the slower, more click intensive method? Concentrated gold was just another update to a skill, learn to live with it and don't bash (You're probably going to say you never bashed anyone. I just couldn't think of a better word.) everyone who uses it just because you got 99 before the update came out. And yeah I completely agree with hybridwolf's first sentence. Ah, I never saw there was a third page, so this comment is a bit redundant now. My point still stands though.

I'm more into albums too, if I'm in a certain mood I'll just select 2-3 albums and have those play. You could say I treat them as I would treat songs, so yeah basically my ipod is one large playlist of my favourite albums. If I'm not in any particular mood I put it on shuffle and then after a few songs decide what mood I am in/want to be in :razz:

He can only bank 21m xp in mahogany planks per day (25k per 4 hours), so it's going to take over a week just to buy them :razz: 10/10 of course, keep it up!
