  1. Uhh, that's called defence. All attacks are affected by defence, expect for Korasi's. This special seems like it could be useful against low defence monsters. By the sounds of it, it won't be too useful in PvP because it stops if your opponent is out of range. Hmmm - if you're in a multi-target zone, is the special multi-target too? No... why on earth would it do that? Seriously have no idea how you somehow even thought it might do that and what you're basing that on. People really need to learn to read the knowledge base when updates come out (or at all) the number of stupid questions I saw while in game was crazy. I managed to read up on everything and was still the first one on my server to the new area and got in a number of kills before anyone else showed up whilst still knowing what I needed to know about the area. 1. Not everyone has access to the knowledge base before it comes out, like some people do. (b) Not everyone has access to Runescape, or the knowledge base, when new material is released. Runescape is a blocked site from my workplace, and I am at work at the moment, so bear with me. (iii) You DO realize that, 65% of the time, the Knowledge Base, when releasing new material, is WRONG, don't you? 1) The knowledge base is updated before the game update is live, most of the time anyway. Usually from the moment the news article is up (and sometimes before). I had time to read up on everything to get at least a basic understanding before the 10 minute countdown had finished. b) People who are playing at that moment in time obviously have access to the RuneScape site. There were people asking what the various fruits do, when it clearly states that in the knowledge base. iii) Making up statistics does not help prove your point. While there is quite a lot of information which is off, the general premise and information in the knowledge base is correct. It's usually only numbers which are off which I imagine is due to the team that update the Knowledge base using outdated figures given to them by the developers. Using the knowledge base is a fantastic way to get the basic understandings of an update, which many people seem to lack. So no, it's not wrong when releasing new material if what you're looking for is information and a general feel for what the update contains. I'm not sure how many people fall into the category of Blyaunte and myself but nearly all runescape things are blocked from my job so tip.it is the only place i can get any upto date info on whats happening in game. So that being the case cut those people like Blyaunte and myself a brake, WE CAN NOT ACCESS the knowledge base.
  2. Id like a double middle finger emote.
  3. Very nice article and glad i could help. I remember when I fought the dragon wearing mostly steal items and there were people training on the lessors laughing at me saying i didnt stand a chance (this was before you could see other peoples combat levels) highest players were around combat lvl 80. I had a combat of lvl of 64 at the time and i defeated the dragon with out much trouble, then stood around and told off the people the didnt think i could do it lol fun times.
  4. Well i have to say that i am a little disappointed in the smithing update... I was hopping for something that really revamped the skill, my only hope now is that the ores used must be mined on location and have their own decent xp rates and levels. If not this smithing update at least so far sounds pretty crappy for how long it took to get it ready for us. ROW update seems pretty good i have like 30 ROWs for some reason, ill be happy to cash most of them in when the update happens.
  5. Oh well time to spend all i can on herb supplies.
  6. looks like those who wanted NEX changes got their wish.
  7. I agree while i havnt killed alot of the higher leveled revs i have killed 200-300 of the low level ones and have got anything at all. 15 mins is probably lasting a while id say my rates are closer to 10 mins before a clan/ gruop rushes in.
  8. I think this idea is pretty good as long as you do at least some number of damage but only up to 10 items per kill so you couldnt have masses with all getting something from the drop table. I think this change would sovle the problem.
  9. Where are the clay rocks that are closest to the bank?
  10. Im pretty excited about the crafting update i just hope the high end pottery isnt really cumbersome to make, although i agree when will we ever gets this update to smithing. I'm guessing the smithing update will be big since its taking so long to come out but i guess we will have to wait and see.
  11. I was aware of this and my prayer is low at only 75 so i try to get prayer xp where ever i can.
  12. ^ this Also found it hilarious that people were proposing new rules for the Old Wilderness and trying to answer questions. Read the Referendum guys, its the Old Wilderness, not some new broken crappy copy that doesn't work. And answering questions about what Jagex is going to do in the future? Lol, when did those people become JMods? LOL you must not have been around for the old "unbroken" wild Towards the end of the wild in both F2P and P2P the wild had become nothing much more then clans, tele's one itemers trying to do clues and RCers no one stayed for a fair fight not many people traveled beyond the small area around the mage bank. Lurring was the best way to get kills. Most people had alot of problems with the wild and it will never be like it was at the begining of RS2 because no one trains in the wild anymore so everyone out there is ready for a fight against those they can beat or to run and tele from those they cant.
  13. I really hope they dont bring back free trade.... It sucked you think merchants are bad now just wait. As far as the wild goes i dont miss it all it was people runnign away and clans. Let me remind those who played durring free trade and clue in those that didnt. Not only did you have to spend large amounts of time typing over and over again or posting on market place forums you often had to pay much more then the market value to the seller.
  14. ya Barrows would be a good idea ppl say 1mil per hour but that is only an average after you have spent months there and have got dozens of the higher priced pieces. Really it brings in about 100k~ in runes per hour with a good chance of getting a barrows piece every 2 hours but most of the time the piece is worth about 1mil. The only pieces worth more then 5mil are dharok's helm and karils top. So without camping for months on end the short term(10-20 hours) profit is more like 600k per hour. You could also kill chaos druids for herbs not sure on the money per hour but its in the 200k range.
  15. I think its not if it happens its when. I think the first skills to be raised beyond 99 would be cooking followed by Smithing. I think at 99 they will provide ways to get much greater amounts of XP so that getting to 120 isnt aa such a slow process as it would be using current training methods.
  16. Ya im kind of a jerk in real life and i can never stop myself from calling out those that choose to wear ICP shirts.... On the topic of Runescape t shirts and hoodies i hav eyet to see anyone i know wearing them. But often in public at bars or parties myself and friends that play rs will talk about it openly and sometimes we get some looks like wtf are they talking about but no one ever says anything. Some the shirts look ok but idk if any of them are calling to me. I think before they had a level 99 strength shirt, i might wear that one to the gym.
  17. Handsome devil spotted. Its not free money. Its for some tasks easy money it boils down to about 2k per task which is only easy money if you already have the levels to do it.
  18. well thank you for your help i will be at least starting that quest.
  19. i havnt done that quest so i dont have access and also didnt know that. How far along in the quest do you have to go to gain access to be able to buy flour?
  20. i ment pie dish the shells are whats made once you had the pastery dough. As far as flour i know there is a few different ways to get it but i was asking whats the best or fastest way to get flour.
  21. Where is the best place to get the following parts flour and pie shells ? Is there a store that sells them?
  22. Im not on there can i be added?
  23. Have you tried yourself or know someone that has? I know it's easy to assume itd be on base level. But it's very difficult to find info like this. Ill be 93 Summoning soon, and I finished all the other tasks already, so hopefully Ill be able to get the elite cape and use my lamps on rcing soon. Id say just give it a try its not like stewing is that costly or anything if it works your happy if it dont work you didnt invest that much money or time into it
  24. Looks pretty sweet wonder what the cost will be.
