Generally you try to c1 rush all floors up till 5-10 of your highest accessible floor and then do 5:5 c6 large dungs; if you're going for a craier you might need more than 80 (With a scroll of life, ring upgrades and tearing for lower levels it took me till about 82 where I am now).

Because it has the defense stats of a rune fullhelm and he has one anyway? Even if a lower level could finish the Karma Elite Diary generally undeads are the best way to powertrain melees because of the bonus salves give, plus wouldn't you need to wear the gloves? You'd be giving up barrows gloves, which give pretty hefty offensive bonuses.

In all honesty you probably won't be getting high enough to be worrying too much about making untradable pots unless you stew, and even then you won't be making that many. Once you hit ~80 this should start to be a concern.

Somewhat useful for Goraks if you're collecting gems lol, it's pretty damn useless just high alch it with the lumby ring you wear. On an off-note I'd recommend getting a zerker ring, it's worth every gp, but that's neither here nor there...

Why do you have the rare, and do you need the money? The best reason to have a rare is that they are guaranteed to go up in price in the long term, the update may cause the price to go screwy for a while and it may crash hard, but it WILL come back in the long term. In the meantime however, do you have any goals that 131mil would help with? If so ask yourself if the goal is worth losing a long-term investment, or if your goal will allow you go get it back again more easily; remember that free trade will make obtaining rares easier because there's no undervalued trade limit.

Perhaps you could also train on monkey guards in the ape atoll temple, but their def might be a bit high for you; zombie monkeys below the temple might be viable as well.

I'm sorry you can't use the wild as a safe place to do your slayer tasks or commodity the KBD anymore. I'm sure the wild was meant to be a place to afk, grind, and skill like the rest of runescape. Better samey and afkable than obnoxious and hindering, at least in my opinion. I'll change and adjust my daily playing to the update as everyone else will, and honestly I'm looking forward to a big change to the community to keep things interesting; this just isn't something that caters to me, but I know that the game is not just all about me so I'll get over it.

Honestly this is just an annoyance for me: I doubt I'll be doing any more KBD slayer tasks, wildy clues will be a pain, and (Thank god I already have my qp cape) all the quests in the wildy will be more annoying than ever to complete. Meh, nothing lifechanging and I'll still play, but I prefer my gameplay free of other players attacking me (If I so choose to play that way).

Oh, and you save about 50% of runes with battle robes + sol just so you know.

Note on white gloves though, they only give +1 pray and are far outclassed by any rfd gloves, and are blown out of the water by barrows gloves.

Maximizing str bonus is the point of high tier slayer gear, and the fire cape gives the best str bonus for its slot and a little prayer. It also helps for ice strykewyrms if you don't want to spend 2k points. EDIT: Get piety and barrows gloves before anything else, those are probably the best upgrades you can make to your current setup atm.

I was thinking it was Zaros until I saw this post: The Dragonkin are possibly the forgers of the dragon equipment (Source), so it's possible that they also forged the godsword as well. They are very powerful, so it's possible that the four existent gods collaborated to seal them away to prevent more usurpers. They have been talking about returning (As per the WGS cutscene). It'd explain the use of "us" and "we," unless the Royal We is being employed. I'm not sure about how they connect with shadow, in that way Silske is probably a better bet, but they've always been portrayed as evil and (Pardon the pun) draconian, so it wouldn't be much of a stretch.
