It may seem like the posters here are pretty sour, which can be explained by 3 things. 1. You were rushing. No one likes rushers. Even people who don't pk dislike rushers because there is a good chance that they're friends that do pk don't like them. 2. You were negligent. You didn't assume any risks, and ended up becoming victim of a scam. 3. Plays into 2, but pvp isn't more dangerous with this added scam. It's like when people lured merchanters into wild. Most people would realize what was happening, and move on. The wild is still just as safe/dangerous, however being on un-trusted IRC's is in fact dangerous. Sorry for your loss, but I agree that rushers really are pathetic. I don't care if it's more efficient then 1v1 pking. If you use claws as a spec weapon, then it's cool. But standing in high bonus gear with protect melee on, waiting for an innocent victim is a joke.

Did my first level 3 clue in probably 3 weeks last night. Got a guthix d'hide top. Before I was doing clues just as I got them. From now on, I think I'll let clues sit in my bank and due them when I feel like it. It's more fun that way, and seems to be more rewarding.

Be the pioneer. Try it out and let us know your results. Sometimes I wish more people would do that instead of waiting around for someone to confirm it's efficient. (never hurts to ask, in case it has been tried out and failed miserably)

Average hit per gray chin Average hit per red chin price per gray price per red xp per damage dealt(I believe it's 4) With that you could calculate xp/gp for gray xp/gp for red Red would be faster, therefor better as time is money, so I would suggest that instead of being cheap, be efficient. The faster you can kill armadyl, the faster you can get the 88m godsword.

Something that it seems you are uninformed about is the slayer skill. Abysal demons are very easy to kill(with guthans, it's like killing lesser demons on f2p)... However, you need 85 slayer to attack them. Slayer is somewhat difficult to train. I suggest Axe Man Jacks guide in the AOW.

Runescape is getting pretty boring. I've soloed bandos for the first time last night, and although it was fun, I think I would be more into a team thing(teaming armadyl?)... If you leave suggestions, guides to that would be fun as well. Stats:

I was thinking about this during one of my classes in college, however the robots we made were more like RC cars. I'm impressed you made one that types(and I would love to see that video, does it have fingers?) I've often thought of keyboards that could be programmed to send the signal of the keystrokes. Seems pointless as it would be much easier just to write software that does it, but if Jagex can detect the software at some point, someone could create hardware that has built-in runescape macros. However, don't kid yourself. Jagex doesn't catch macroers because of some detection device they have that views the background software on someones computer.(Unless the macro alters the client somehow). My guess is they check for repetition as well as inconsitancies(ie, doing something that seems ilogical such as being stuck in a room)... A well programmed software macro wouldn't be detectable. However, one slip up could get you caught.

What language is that? Pseudo-Basic-Java++? Just joking. A massive row of If-statements = much lag tho. Wouldn't exactly call it efficient(if it had to run all those checks constantly it's execution time would be terrible)

Perhaps, but your problem of reading comprehension remains. I apologise for the remark earlier. It seems now that more people are coming out noticing that collectively, they have had worse luck. Everyone getting unlucky at one time doesn't seem logical...so you could be on to something. Chances are Jagex will say that they "fixed" it and it was too generous before(like they always do)... So I say hope that it's just bad luck, because if it's actually coded to give you more bad ones, then you're screwed

Maybe he was saying his name, and the Freminik heard it, but spelled it wrong. So now he just chills up there. You do realize that this is a game and every quest/update comes from the mind of a developer? There is no true history behind it, unless they plan for additional updates when they bring out the current update, which I'm sure happens every now and then, but it seems highly unlikely for this case.

I tried it once on one of my older systems. Sadly, I couldn't get it to work without using all of my computers resources. I had xp with 512mb of ram and a 3.06ghz celeron processor(ew) and a crap graphics card...so I'm sure with a better system, it would work.

First, I love your sig..even if it's hypocritical. Next, I would say that sadly the community is full of these hard-core gamers. (not just the RS community)... I pulled a few of these back when I was 12-14 years old. At that time, your young and you can do things like that during the summer. However, my freshman year of college, I always remembered coming home from parties and seeing kids up going to the bathroom, later to find out these kids played games like WoW religiously. At the time it was funny, but it really is sad. What kind of college experience is doing the things you did when you were 10-14? However, just remember it's they're life, not yours. We're all going to die someday, some of us will have lived our lives in more fullfilling ways then others.
