Too crowded my taste. If price of furys go up any higher then that city is going to sink into a lava pit from the weight of all the noobs occupying it. Then Jagex will just tinker with it again so you can't make money there. They need to change it back to what they had like 2 years ago when you could sell deaths to shops and the prices were reasonable. Also, who uses a oynx ring (i) lol? Maybe if you can't afford a beserker (i), seers (i), or archers (i), I suppose...

Not one mention of Pest Control in the minigame article pretty much invalidates the whole thing. Pest Control was the most successful minigame ever until the "OMG pest products get slayer... nubs" nerf-a-thon. Also, the idea of changing castle wars is a joke. Its been nerfed down so bad over the years with game engine updates that break things. It used to be a skill (twitch) based game, but so much lag, dead clicks, and IP and PID priority biasing have degraded it into a shadow of what it was. Nobody who regulars castle wars will say anything good about updates to it. Just wipe out that joke of a minigame, soul wars, make a new game in its spot based on all these "castle wars improvements".

Somebody get this person therapy after they hit 200 mil. Thats the most disturbing accomplishment in the history of RS.

Actually, a fire cape is a reward for completeing a fight caves task, which you get slayer experience for. It's also required to kill ice wyrms, in case you didn't read today's updates. :rolleyes: Lol... can always count on somebody clueless to post about something I say. They have been giving out fire capes long long before they RECENTLY decided to let you make a slayer task out of it. And congradulations figuring out what requirement I was talking about.

Fire cape requirement is just stupid. Fire cape has nothing to do with slayer. If they are going to do that then make a level 95 slayer monster than can only be killed while wearing an agility cape. :evil:

Jesus christ after something has been in the game for 3 years don't nerf it. I want it's old stats back. I don't want the crappy prayer thing and for the love of god don't make it rune armour. Thats the only thing worth getting in BA and they have to mess with it. It must be there mission to screw up a good update by putting stupid [cabbage] in it.

Videos about how to do something or achievements I can understand. Making up something different in a game, well... I put that in the same category with using a phone to send ascii messages. Just lol at that... :roll:

Because they never made a weapon that is better than it, that doesn't disappear in 1 hour.

Anybody know if you can get back to the 150 hp,undead monsters after you beat it. I'd rather be doing my thing than getting yet another cape....

Way to much turkey on this thread. Speaking of turkey, I lost my fire cape two years ago. Got it back today. :ohnoes: Seen all the new high hp monsters in the new quest, and made a beeline straight for it. I was sad when it stopped healing, 105 was my best hit. Guess I still got the touch. (117 if its too blurry for you) :wink: I wonder what the new max is? :mrgreen:

Only 9 hrs a day on average isn't exactly an addiction. I'm sure other people here have this amount of free time, especially the kids. They may not go out much, but they could socialize through the internet as well as enjoy other games and videos, since Runescape is very afkable. To all those [bleep]ing about being unproductive, it could be worse. You could be a slave, work all day and night for your master. Hell try graduate school in something other than underwater basket weaving or economics (lol), it can be just like that. Thank goodness for free time, enjoy what amount you have with entertainment.

None. Jagex ought to jusy set fixed prices. Letting the players do it is stupid and encourages RWT.

This is a good post, and this is what most defenders of both games have been trying to put forth. All we need now is the people who diss the game to read xxshadys post and take it in. Rs is a game of constant leveling, WoW is a game of reflexes, skill and commitment ( agreed rs pking requires skill, in4flame ). Apologies to those who've posted about WoW, but most of you have only played for 3 months, giving yourself little to no raiding experience ( 1 poster claims he only hit level 20 ) so yes, I will say you have no place to discuss the game. My opinion is valid regardless of how arrogant your are. I don't like the arena and I don't like raiding. Not everybody does and WOW isn't my game anymore. Blizzard doesn't give a rat's [wagon] about BGs. (the part I liked) They took out twinks which is like banning pures in RS. (so much for something to do after getting 1 toon to 80) Then they made a moronic griefing system for the 15 yr olds at BGs to vote you out because a few [developmentally delayed]s afk for second rate gear. (cant get 1st rate gear cause that would offend the raiders, booohooo) So much for lone wolf rogue behind enemy lines flag stealing and assassination. (my favorite thing to do) Its obvious they don't need those things, so If somebody wants to try WOW and they find they don't like raiding then don't pony up for another month cause frankly thats all there is to the game. Thats a very vaild opinion and good advice, regardless of what you think.

New dungeons and spawns are always welcome. But, for christ's sakes get rid of the rings. Last thing we need is THE dungeon to train. Everybody is going to pile into. 85 slayer and 90 agility aren't exclusive at all.... Best thing I can hope for everybody leaves karamja dungeon and slayer tower so I can go there.

It is. Of course, if you try it make a paladin. The game is horribly imbalanced in their favor. I regret making a rogue over a paladin except for the fact that they are so much fun except when you step foot in an instance then they are useless. So much for Blizzard's supposedly impeccable game balancing and bug free games. LOL there as bad as Jagex, trust me. Also, if you enjoy BGs expect to hear it from the elistists telling you thats not PVP and not playing WOW and you fail.... lolol just like if you play castle wars on RS. ;)

First 20 or 30 levels are easy in alot of skills. You just forgot that when you trying to get somewhere at 70+. I played WOW for a few months. I like PVP (battlegrounds and world setting) and hate raiding. To be honest the community in WOW is much worse than here. Its just packed full of obnoxius and arrogant teenagers. Just imagine a bunch of [puncture]s telling you you fail on site because you dont have their exclusive gear which takes like 20 men to kill a carebear with the "elite symbol" around its name. Maxing is pretty much the end of the game and it happens probably in the time it takes you to get all 60s in combat on this game.
