  1. My 30Gb Creative Zen is amazing. The only fault I can find with it is the size, but that really doesn't bother me. I can't speak for 4Gb models, but based on how good the 30Gb one is, I'd go Creative.
  2. I have about as many female friends as I have male friends. I am completely straight, but almost all my friends have at one point genuinely asked me whether or not I'm gay. In addition, most of my female friends tend to view me as someone who could never see a girl as anything other than a friend, despite the fact I have a girlfriend. But on topic, I see nothing wrong with having close friends of the opposite sex, though it has the potential to complicate things when you're in a relationship with someone else.

Try posting it here. Sorry though, I have no idea what game you're talking about.
  4. Read the Heroes thread. I've already read a fair portion. I still don't see the problem. Even if people type like, "want sum phree caek?", it's not that difficult to understand--for me at least. The point that you might think them typing like that makes them look like an idiot is irrelevant. If they want to look like an idiot, let them.
  5. Fantastic guide. :) Not only for the information, but also for the fact that you're hilarious. Looking forward to reading any future guides from you.
  6. I don't even understand why people get so annoyed at people who obviously have terrible skills in spelling and grammar (e.g. TheChamp). Unless you're an absolute imbecile, it's not actually that hard to figure out what they're saying, even if they misspell every second word. In my experience, grammar Nazis tend to be those who use their internet access as an opportunity to try and boost their egos. Get over yourselves.

I lol'd. There are probably hundreds of bands out there that sound like that. Care to name a few? I'm not going to say there aren't other artists out there that are similar, that would be stupid. However, half of them would probably be ex Jamiroquai cover-bands, and the other half would just be... crap. OT: Sorry, don't know any.
  8. Smooth.
  9. Good luck buddy. You better better be dedicated and actually get it. Otherwise we'll all silently judge you. Just.. thought I'd let you know. :)
  10. Gratz bro. :) How do you think you went in PDHPE? I have one exam left--Chemistry tomorrow. But it's not going to count, so I haven't done any study, and I don't plan on doing any. In my mind, my exams finished yesterday with Physics. I am so unbelievably excited about Schoolies though. :)

    You thought wrong.

Godwin's Law has arrived. :) I lol'd IRL. (Seriously) On-Topic: Yeah, I agree with the OP. I tend to class all people who get up others for "not doing grammer right" as idiots anyway.

I'm not cool enough to be a grammar Nazi.. :(
  14. You could give Blut aus Nord a try. French Ambient Black Metal, and more recently, Avant-Garde Metal group. Really fantastic music. Of all their releases, The Work Which Transforms God would have to be their best. MoRT and Odinist are also very good--the former is severely underrated by their fans. My apologies if you already know of them. (As I said when I recommended them to Ragen, ignore the stupid name of the song I linked.)
  15. [hide=First] Give Up by The Postal Service (2002) Nice way to wake up. :)[/hide] [hide=Second] In Rainbows by Radiohead (2007) So many fantastic songs on this album. I love Radiohead.[/hide] [hide=Third] Amnesiac by Radiohead (2001) My favourite Radiohead album. Everything is just incredible. I listened to it all the way through, then I had to listen to Pyramid Song, Like Spinning Plates, and Life in a Glasshouse again. Honestly, if you haven't heard this album before, go get it. Now.[/hide] [hide=Fourth/Now] Neon Bible by The Arcade Fire (2007) I personally don't enjoy this album as much as Funeral, but it's still great.[/hide] Obviously in a sort of Indie mood today.
  16. Pretty sure it should go here.
  17. For me it probably does, as do my skills. The happiness I get from playing this game is the feeling I get when I'm getting closer to achieving my goals, both monetary and skill-wise, and from when I actually achieve them. I know some people find the fun of RuneScape in the companionship with other players, but it's really not like that for me. After 3 and a half years (with a break of about a year) of playing this game, I still have literally not one person on my friends list. I'm quite anti-social when I'm training, or even playing mini-games. Friend-making is something that I leave to the real world--not that I just people who enjoy making friends over RuneScape. So as most people have said, money perhaps doesn't equal happiness, but it certainly affects it.
  18. You pretty nailed it in your OP.
  19. What makes you think that? I have no doubt that if he had of dressed up as Mohammad, there would have been an even bigger reaction. I don't really care either way. It does seem a bit of an overreaction, but some people seem to get offended by just about anything these days. From the principal's point of view, I can see where he was coming from.
