This seems like a good option. I'm guessing Fury > Range Ammy because of the Prayer bonus? Yes, to minimize the cost of potions. You use 150k or so in potions hourly there (cuts down your profit from about 950k at current prices to about 800k :o)

No... these are desert phoenix feathers, part of The Golem quest if I recall correctly. These are untradable.

It'd be called 251king then instead. Also lower levels could not pk. they need to fix it.. its ruining the game for me because im not gonna do it and i dont wanna pay 100m for st00f They could bring it back by requiring confirmation of payments prior to membership, IP ban Southeast Asia, and reintroduce free trade, classic PvP system, and removal of limits on the grand exchange. But that's another topic entirely.

Well I was able to get 225 kills hourly at Zamorak Mages with void, black knives, range potion, eagle eye, hydra (since I was using unholy book), and 97-98 range. This was the equivalent of 66k range exp hourly and about two boots hourly. I think you could get 800 kills per trip. I only stuck around for the quantity of my task. I'd take the advantage to get good range xp, since you kill them at similar speeds either way. Use a fury if you range.

Hmm, I'd assume so: since they're one of the cheapest items to alch and are F2P, they should sell quickly at mid. I personally alch them since they're cheap, I have them anyway, it's an excuse to gather nightshade, and I'm only 94 magic  . Since my mith plates sold, and they cost more to alch, these should for sure

RuneScape is too immature to use these words in an appropriate and constructive context.

You get 600 casts per hour either way, whether it's burst or barrage. Offtopic: I really want extreme magic pots to go burst lobs =P~ . If you have these, use them for sure.

Adamant platebodies are more efficient than arrowtips and knives... let me pull up a post I made a week back or so.

Use a lamp, as has been said.

Statement in red is FALSE. While the worlds are all over populated you cant really get the exp the guide suggests you would. Ankou are a far better option. 2x - 3x as much profit at about 40k exp an hour less. I would suggest these over anything else. Based on these statements: Armored Zombies: 80k xp, 100k gp hourly Ankou: 40k xp, 200k-300k gp hourly Assuming OP can get 500k gp at Green Dragons (not a hard feat - I can get 800k-900k hourly there nowadays), which is also 26k experience hourly. Say you trained at ankou for 10 hours: you got 400k xp, and 2.5m coins. 4 hours at green dragons: 130k xp, and 2m coins. 4.6 hours at armored zombies: 370k xp, and 462k coins. Ankous aren't worth killing. You make the same amount of money and coins in less time with a combination of green dragons and armored zombies.

That isn't true, you always get the same experience. More people cutting it down just make it fall faster I believe. Not 100% sure though. With it falling down more often, you have to move more -> less xp (although nearly insignificantly so).

By using Zaff's staffs, the staffs cost the same as the GE: the 7000 is the explicit cost, but there's also a 939 implicit cost that you lose by crafting instead of selling. For determining efficiency, it is essential to consider the economic costs, not just accounting costs.

Lrn2flame guyzz 1. Comparable = the same. Dragon Axe and Adze cut at the same speed, but adze burns some of those logs. 2. Adze would be better if the logs you are cutting are efficient to burn. For most, this would be willows, maples (who cuts these?!) (NOT teaks unless you make 1.6m or more an hour; NOT eucs unless you make 1.7m an hour; NOT yews unless you make 900k an hour). Everything else it is better to use the Dragon axe.

Definitely farm the highest herbs you can. In addition, you can camp chaos druids or aberrant spectres (60 slayer) for extra herbs. However, I believe the "hype" is going to end soon for herbs not directly involved with the new potions. Yesterday I bought 1.1k ranarrs from someone in trade, hoping to flip some profit. I found they did not sell at mid on GE, so I traded them to someone else as ignorant as I.

Superglass Make is 60k crafting xp and say 400k gp hourly. Green bodies cost 1403 to make, for 372 xp with SC needles. You can craft 800 hourly if I recall correctly. In one hour of Green body making, you get 298k xp at the cost of 1,122k. In addition, you must play 1.3 hours of skill SC to get the tools. So in total, green bodies are 130k xp hourly and 488k gp hourly. Switching to Green bodies saves you 1.2 hours at the cost of 888k. If you make 740k or more, make green bodies.

Care to give any evidence other than you spent a wagonload of time slaying and got a bunch of charms? I'll guarantee that greater demons are better charms than slayer (excluding waterfiend tasks) as far as summoning xp/time. ESPECIALLY at lower combat levels. But then you will have low slayer level. SP mages are awesome. From tasks, to camping, to getting KC. You really want at least 83 slayer if you GWD. So slay. Slayer is not fast charms. Slayer is good for getting your slayer level up.

Removal of new high level potions in PvP
Bladewing replied to The Observer's topic in General Discussion
Nope, I bet it would INCREASE 76king. With the ability to get 1-hit, fewer players would risk equipment in "legitimate" pking. Anyone with under 90 herblore (hell, even some with 90+) would hang up their rune armor and just 76k or cease pvping entirely. Yeah i guess this makes it a bad thing. 76k'er with 90+ Herblore runs around and Rushes people in welfare Armour + Claws/AGS. God Weapons/Arounr gets lost in the process. This means that God Weapons/Armour will rise even more? Or what? Nothing really, since they've been removed from PvP. -
200m x 24 skills. Seems to be the driving force of every function of RuneScape from my observations.

In response to the first article: Free trade needs to come back. PvP drops need to be what the other player is wearing. I don't care if JaGEx has to make "RuneScape:Asia" or require PayPal or Wallie cards to prevent credit card fraud. Player interaction needs to come back, sooner than later. "Wah RWT!" - Here's an idea: create a "subscription auctionhouse." Players can buy "subscription credits" from JaGEx just like they pay for subscription now. Once the payment is authorized, the player gets credits which he/she can sell in the auctionhouse for RuneScape coins.

Here are the good options available to you: Burst/Barrage at Rock Lobsters Watefiends Cannoning Walisalkis (sp?) Cannoning Scabarites Cannoning Black Demons Slaying is slow charms. Don't slay for charms. Slay for slayer xp if you want that.
-
Greater Demons are alright. There are a couple you can melee in the Watchtower dungeon outside of the cage, and there are some in the wilderness crater area (not sure if it's wilderness or if revenants go there - I've never had a reason to go there to find out). Slayer is NOT good charms. I'm 93 (66k to 94 =P~ ) slayer, and can testify that it's not good charms for the time spent. The only reason you "get a ton of charms" is because you spend a wagonload of time training it. Until you feel comfortable killing waterfiends or find a couple 10m to burst, I'd stick with greater demons.

If you intend on training with dwarfs or lants, buy them now - they're going to rise and settle above where they are now. It looks like ranarrs at least are peaking. I bought 1.1k from someone today hoping to flip a quick profit, but ended up passing them off to another person as ignorant as I. I imagine this will be the case shortly for all herbs/seeds not affected by the update directly: Snapdragons, Kwuarms, Cadantine, Irits. The latter three are iffy, because it's possible that some may take up training with the extreme potions, since they have good xp despite being untradable. Expect Toadflax to remain in high demand for longer, since brews are fast xp, and expect Dwarfs, Lants, and Avantoes (these in particular) to rise much more and drop to prices higher than their initial point. Same goes for the respective seeds.

If you want to mix things up a bit, you can hunt Pawyas. There's a chance you can get papaya seeds, and the pawya meat is probably in moderate demand for people trying to get grenwall spikes.
