The spirit of lending was to let your friends try out some of your items, not "rent" them. But meh, the only way to stop the scamming is to create a legitimized way to receive payment from lending items. A second window in which you select the payment/hour, and the lender automatically gets his money and the lendee gets his item. Of course, then the option for the lender to get his item back if either people log out would be disabled if a payment is being made. See, that wasn't so hard.

About begging: Pretty annoying, but most of it will go away on its own About phats: I can't speak for other people, but personally I couldn't care less about people with phats. What's interesting is when you achieve a goal yourself. When people see a phat they think "I'd like one like that". Dude, F2P has people in the thousands at many worlds. Usually, it's around 600-800 from what I see and check at different times--now every world has at least 600-1000 people in it...800's and 1000's seem common right now in many worlds... Those are normal numbers *sigh* >__>

Considering where you're coming from and your beliefs, one would think that you'd have noticed by now that the large news chains widely spread the belief that global warming is caused by greenhouse gases in the atmosphere. Thing is, RC is fine right now, it's still an excellent moneymaker. The situation with RC in the past was not balanced, it would crush all other money making methods(except staking/merchanting). Back then, it didn't matter because the situation wasn't like that on purpose, it just happened to be that way. The peple who wanted to profit off it had plently of time to do it. But now you're talking about creating the same unbalanced situation again, but on purpose, and that's what's wrong with it. If jagex decides to make pure ess f2p again, then lucky you, but there's more reasoning to put into it than just "it was like that before, therefore it should be like that now too". And take note that even if that's done - chances are the prices of runes will drop and adjust to the new prices of the essence as there is not even nearly the same demand for runes there was in the past.

Since I don't have a gs, or money to waste on the ss, I use obby sword + obby neck. On slayer tasks, it hits almost just as good as the whip/fury/blk mask, that means it probably stacks with the black mask. If it doesn't stack with the black mask(meaning just necklace/sword), having almost as much power as blk mask/fury/whip, then that means it'd be even better than whip outside of slayer, but that's doubtful, so we can conclude it probably stacks. On some monsters like black dragons and abberant specters, it has trouble hitting well for some reason, I assume it's because they have high stab defence. So I use the whip for those. I find it a very strange time for a topic like this to pop up, considering obby necklaces are being price manipulated as we speak. Trying to pump up the price even more? It's a GE frozen price
