If you want a game that requires skill play something like Gunz online, or a console game.

I personally wouldn't mind waiting 2 months or more for my personal reply, but atleast have the garantee to have it someday. What is happening right now is ridiculous.

It's right on a couple of things, but misses the real point. The point is: "old timers" did not fell in love with the Runescape we have now, they fell in love with the Runescape we had years ago. Then Runescape changed and stopped being the Runescape they loved. It's that simple.

I'll have to agree with Hugh here. There seems to be nothing supporting this story except what the parents said, it's pure hearsay, there's no proof. Reliable sources may have reported the story, it doesn't mean the story is reliable itself. Just like always, the medias long to fill their pages with interesting stories, they report things, they don't investigate it, nor make sure it's truth. Though the story is questionable, the message is true and noble., but it's dimmed when it comes out of your fingers, qeltar. Just look at the way in your first post you already accuse people that will not agree with you as idiots in denial, that shows so much about what kind of person you really are. To moralize people qeltar, you must be white. And you are not. You're really one to moralize about kindness when you act like a total jerk in your debates. That's priceless. I'd like to clear this up about the Ps3 price. All Ps3 consoles are sold by Sony at a loss. They sell the console for less that what all its' components are worth. This is part of their marketing technique, they make sure people get access to the console more easily, then they rely on the selling of games as their source of income. A very bold, and dangerous move. Henman is right when he says you get more for you money when buying a Ps3, but that doesn't even matter, wanna know why? The Ps3 is unable to fully utilize its' power, and it will be unable to do so for atleast a few years until the software catches up with it, that's what the president of Sony confirmed. So, the Ps3 is really a console to buy for the future. It's a gamble. Buy it right now in the hopes it outruns the Xbox 360 in a few years, or pick what you know works, the Xbox360?

We are constantly surrounded by energy. All is energy in the form of matter or radiation. If you cannot find the energy within yourself, take it from your surroundings. Learn to split neutrons and protons, and the energy is released for you to use.

Does it matter? It's just a game, don't take it so seriously. Lately people have been so serious about Runescape, as if it were the real life. People complain about updates. Even more people complain about the people complaining. People whine, insult, make some ridiculous debates over trivial things. Can we all just stop taking ourselves so seriously and take some time to breathe and remember this is just a game, for leisure activity? Can we see the return of witty jokes, enjoyable threads, and just stop it with all this meaningless critizism of Jagex and other forum users? Please?

I erased the piece of crap I wrote here like 1 year ago and have this new gem instead: It doesn't matter what you do, what you say, or how much you try to please others, they are never happy. You follow the rules, and follow what everyone else wants, people just exploit you even further. If by the end of saying the truth about how you feel, everyone is pissed, it means you've got this "life" thing right.

It would definitively be a load of fun. But it could get out of control very easily. I can already imagine a ton of people yelling nonsense, spamming, or saying random insults to the people in the cages.

If there's a game being used as a pawn for anti video gaming, it would be WoW.

It's an interesting challenge, I might do it if I ever go back to Runescape. I don't see why everyone's upset. It's for fun, a challenge. If someone's hunting chompies for a chompy hat, would you be "Hai that's useless, why waste time for something so useless!?"... For fun? In fact, Runescape is for fun. The "serious" activites are as pointless as the pointless ones.

That's funny. I think he just said that compassion and kindness are completely seperate from the persona every male. It's almost like he thinks men are completely incabable of having these two traits, like only women are capable of being kind or compassionate. Hehe. Funny stuff. Nope. I never said men can't have those traits, and I certainly don't think so. I said if "womenly traits" didn't exist. Then you got another full macho man thinking 100% "manly" with normal men genitals. Basically, a world full of human beings thinking like men.
