I was walking around today in full bronze, begging for 10gp. If they gave me 10gp I would change into full rune and give them 5k. If they gave me 100gp, I would change into full rune + blue mask and give them 10k. When you see a lvl 115 at rock crabs or experiments, you know they are pc products.

"Cook x" ruined cooking. (I use "cook x")

The abyss ruined runecrafting. (I use the abyss.)

 

 

 

Pyramid plunder ruined thieving. (I dont use pyramid plunder)

 

 

 

Construction ruined prayer. (I dont use POH alters)

There is the list of all the things that ruined all the skills so far. So if I want to be a "pure" or non "rs2 procuct", I'd better stick to something like mining or smithing.

 

 

 

I have a feeling that the boats won't be for levels. They would just have to change the requierement to a higher level. Think about it... can a whole bunch of level 50's win on their own. I sincerely doubt it.

I love how people ALWAYS bring up the example that wkw brought up about the 120 who did not know where ardy was. For all you know, he could have BOUGHT the account with members on it and he was fresh from f2p.

Druminator; we live in different timezones, that is why. Always when I am on the forums I am on RuneScape(except when I just come on computer and I check the forums first) :D And I agree with You about the Pest Control completely.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Fresi1; Yeah, that would be a good thing, making combat based boats and lowerind the reward. But I doubt Jagex would do that. And all the Pest Control users would be really angry.

Honestly, you people against PC, you lost long ago, just give it up. Jagex isn't going to take the game out now, because it would be and "unfair" advantage to the people who got to use it. People that want to train most efficiantly use PC.

I am against Pest Control, but I never said they should remove it. I just think RuneScape would be better without it. I am not fighting for it to go away or get worse, I just said it WOULD be nice if they removed reduced the rewards or simply make Pest Control disappear.

I'm am pro-PC. O:) If they made 100+ boats, I'm sure they'd make the game more difficult, but without all the 80's and such, there wouldn't be as much hassle.

I would be totally against level based PC, yes, because it will be even faster.

 

 

 

But my main problem with pc is not the xp speed (even though I don't like that too), but the fact you can train a skill without actually doing that skill! And you can do serious training too! That would make a skill totally worthless to me. I mean, what's the difference between skills then?

Maybe the three boats will have Level limits... Boat 1 Levels 3 - 25. Boat 2 Levels 26 - 90. Boat 3 Levels 91 - 126 Something along the lines of that... Other than that I can't see how this would Improve pc or ruin pc...

Um... 20*7 = 140 hours. 4*75 = 300 hours. So playing 4 hours a day will take 35 days, which really isn't that bad.

Id hope there is no update, on the contrary id like the exp to be at least halved. Or at least make the game more complex. Whilst PC does create immature pc products, i find it more annoying that through pc a player could concievably get 99 mage and range without having ever fired an arrow or cast a spell.

PC did destroy rs, too many people have high combat and think they are all that. The reason people are mad is because of how easy combat became, how cheap prayer became (FREE VS. 100s of mil before!!!), and that it no longer required food, range pshhtt a bow is never gonna be used, and mage, lets just say not as much required on alchs anymore.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Any high level non-casual player who is an old timer would say pc ruined the game, or the majority, and even as a fellow fairly new player I would agree since I don't use pc.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

It's not about jealousy, it's that it used to actually be an ACCOMPLISHMENT to get high combat, now it's suddenly a joke? It's something veterans have every right to be mad about and just cause you want 126 cb with 1/10 the effort doesn't make you better/right.

pest control didnt ruin rs it just made a fast way to train, i dont see why people complain about a fast way to train :roll:
