So the chance of finding a Dragon is probably even moreso slim outside of minigame as it is inside of the minigame. when i was hunting i kept seeing the same 3 spawn, they just floated around, i kept catching them but they never switched into anything useful. soz. maybe dragon is in wilderness? ^_^ I skill.
