Not only could players get answers to their questions/concerns in real time (unlike Customer Support), but Jagex's image as a whole would improve . To deter rule breakers, there would be severe consequences for spamming (maybe a ban from clan chat altogether?) This would probably be bad because you can imagine some people sitting there making multiple accounts just to spam the chat.. It would be total chaos in my opinion. Requirements: You have to be a leader of an established clan and J Mods need to feel you could make a contribution. So, when you have achieved this, you can talk to J Mods. I've seen it myself when a J-mod, Mod Oswald I think it was, stood in Varrock Square to talk about Stealing Creations. I managed to have a fair conversation with him despite the curse of level 40s in adamant with no idea of how to spell anything in the English language, but it was certainly annoying to have the bunch of low-levelled players conducting macho banter about having level 146 mains... What I'd dearly like to see is a method of sending Jagex a message through the Game Website; either I'm blind or such a thing does not exist. There are better ideas for contacting J-mods than using the ClanChat function. Dragon drops: Half shield(cs), med helm(cs) Chainbody (cs) (I do a lot of monster hunting with my clan!Barrows: Guthan's plateboy [1]GWD: None yet, only done a few tripsOthers: I'd love to be able to let you know. Other than that, it'd be a good idea to post live suggestions/feedback. Although if tons of people post too much, the J-Mod realisticly wouldn't be able to keep track of it all. But think , the CC's would be a complete mess since cc's would have massive people in them and it would be spammed with questions to J-Mods, the spam would cause J-mods just to see lines flying by , instead getting the time to read them.
