You can use a Combat Bracelet to tell you how slayer monsters you have left to kill, as well as the Magic Gem stone.

Wearing a Black Mask helps with slayer dramatically.

Be persistant.

Always keep calm.

Keep yourself prepared and organised.

Stick to your objectives.

Ignore the boring people.

Help your friends and the people that are pleasant.

IRL : Same, and play RS just enough to keep you having friends.

Oh baby light the dark side...

* During combat, time the drinking of your potions between whip lashes so that you don't break the pace. I drink immediately before the animation.

* Play in low detail in the smoke pits. Otherwise it's annoying when you can't see randoms n' stuff

* Build a costume room, it saves you soooo much bank space.

* Don't eat the yellow snow

if you are over twice a monsters combat lvl then they will not become agressive towards you anymore unless in the wilderness

im not so sure about that one, my lvl 33 always gets attacked by the lvl 7 dark wizards by varock. Maybe they just hate me?

most likely :D

That's why you're on the TZDF blackdawn. Even your balls can tear zombies to shreds.

If your leaving members but you wanna do some skilling and your banks full of junk it can be a problem so before you leave quickly get all the items you need and bank them ready for your trip back f2p (get atleast 2 of each item to avoid having to carry things around)

EG: if your woodcutting willows (like me) bank 2 willows,2 wc axes,2 of any other log (i picked yew)

Those are probably the level 20s, not the level 7s

My tip:Don't fight lesser demons with potatoes (or any other monsters for that matterBecause Kah bah gee rules)

1. Check that Second trade window, its there so you don't get scammed ;)

2. If in doubt, report, you can't get banned for falsely reporting one account, but if your right, thats one less bit o' scum to worry about.

3. Use proper spelling and grammar, helps when buying and selling things, especially on the Forums.

4. Play safe, never give any details about your account to anyone, even if you think you know them, tis very easy to lie over a computer screen ya know.

5. Don't hassle "famous" players, only makes you look stupid.

All I can think of now, brought to you by Paddy....Master of the OBVIOUSSSSS \' \'

When you are assigned bears for slayer, hit yourself on the head twice, take out that Lletya teleport, go all the way through the forest with your armour and weapon (some food and antipoison potion recommended too ).

Go north and near the bridge to the elven camp there are 4 or 5 grizzly bear spawns. I find this place so much more enjoyable then the place near mind altar. Plus sometimes a dragon imp flies by  .

When firemaking in f2p, its best to go to edgeville, there is mostly a conversation there and there are about 6 near to bank lines where you can burn. 3 lines north of the bank, and 3 lines south of it.

you can use youre ignore list as a fairy ring diary.Just create a heading and put the code like this:

relleka

dks

helps so much ands saves a lot of time you would have spent looking at a fairy code database

Can i kiss you? <3:

That is the best thing ive ever heard about anything ever <3:

If your in wildy doing a clue, keep your tab on the log out screen, so if you see a white dot on the minimap you just click log out and ur done.

In most skills, once you start the animation for making something, and you click to move, you either (a) run to that place without using energy for a short time, or (b)run really fast. (Depending on if your run is on or off)

Ex. When you start cooking your last lobster, and you quick-bank you run like a madman to the booth if run is on.

This is actually less impressive than it sounds...

It's nothing more then an animation that your computer does to catch

up to where the Jagex server knows you really are located.

In other words, it's a graphical glitch caused by RS allowing you to start

a second action before the first action has completed.

Still though, the fact that you can do 2 things at once is handy.

Hey do you guys have any little tips and tricks that help you every day. Post them here...

Shantay "offers" a free teleport to Port Sarim

also

Shantay is a banker for all players P2P and F2P alike.

'Course the trick for F2P is how to get him to turn into a banker...

Use your ignore list as a handy little notebook for useful fairy ring codes

Edit: Krsc beat me to it... I should really read the whole thread next time. Well another useful one is train all your combat with slayer, don't pc, for the love of god don't pc. It makes it more fun and more profitable.

Sig.jpg

If you're off to train combat.. make sure every slot is filled with the best stat boost you can get/afford. and make sure it's appropriate to the monster you're fighting. tip.it has a great bestiary and being properly equipped makes your life so much easier.

It may sound obvious.. but how many times have you seen someone train in desert boots when climbers cost 12gp and give a nice str boost.

A slayer mask may seem an expensive outlay, but its invaluable for fast exp, you can always sell it again.

if in doubt about a few different items, spend a while before you set out experimenting with different set-ups and compare the stat boosts, if you dont have a certain item, borrow from a friend or look it up on tip.it's item database.

Pretty sure I've seen such a thread multiple times. :?

Anyway here's mine: The "F6" button on your keyboard HELPS alot during alching, try it

Can't try it right now, but, what exactly it does to improve your alching?

Brings up the spell menu. :)

Acero_Frio.png

looks liek i beat everyone to posting the fairy code notepad :P it is one of the best timesaving tips imo seems like people agree with me.

also the best place to train hunter when hunting red chins is wright at the edge of the feldip hills.Red chinchompas stay in one area and cant wonder off the map plus its quiet and saves time fighting teh noobs who just go straight to the one near the pond :P

As soon as you can use teh wildy course for agility use it.bring a knife, ddp++ and an invent full of cakes use ardy tele then run to teh course.the exp is really fast despite failing a lot.

Heavy rod fishing near the mithril dragons dungeon is some of the fastest fish exp in the game and the products can be used for herblore(roe and caviar)

For those slayers out their who want a quick way to jungle and cave horrors the rum from trouble brewing when drunk will make you spawn wright outside the trouble brewing minigame.

The tower of life dungeon is a great way of obtaning seconds liek eye of newt and unicorn horns.

When you're chatting with only 1 person, and you're not in a clanchat, invite him to your clanchat, so you don't have to use your friend list. Saves clicks... lol :)

4. Stronger arrows fall on the ground more.

Wrong. ALL arrows drop 80% of the time. Read the Knowledge Base.

All life begins with Nu and ends with Nu...

This is the truth!

This is my belief!

...at least for now.

When training with guthans, never rely on it if you get in a tight spot. Bring an extra shark or two in case you find yourself at 10hp and guthans won't heal.

If you ever need range lvls and your past 65, go kill the blue dragon and greater demon at the exit to the ogre enclave, you get d bones + blue d hides and I find greaters have a really good drop rate for lvl3 clues.
