I've had 8 sofar in about 500 kills, so its probably averaging a little over an hour and a half per effigy. Then again thats a pretty small sample, but they're quite quick. Plus its so much fun :D

 

EDIT: Thats based on my 25-30 kills in 40 min trips, and I know it could be much faster I'm sure.

Was just having a cheeky little look at Octarine on the highschores, and this advert came up:

 

Couldn't help but laugh, all this talk about RuneScape being over run by bots and how the game is going down hill, now somehow advertising for one of it's biggest competitors? I know it's happened before just thought they would of looked to see exactly what gets advertised?

Oh yes, I forgot. Everybody and their uncle thought it would be a bright idea to pull the "hoard herbs then sell them all at once when BXPW comes around" shtick. However, they were a little late for that boat. Now everyone seems to have caught on to the BXPW schedule, so everyone was prepared. But because of this, they had nobody unprepared enough to buy their herbs at ridiculously high prices. They managed to catch the next proverbial boat, and proverbially sunk it.

 

I tried to open an agility effigy earlier. It was sated, so I boosted with a summer pie to 95/90.

Just as I investigated the effigy and flipped through the dialogue boxes, my boost dropped to 94/90.

Advanced to gorged. No XP rewarded. GF 91 agility and 2400 total -.-

 

Unspam might come later, lol.

My last skill below 80 is Farming, so it's a matter of time before I have a new Milestone Cape :thumbsup: .

but srs, bots pretty much destroyed this BXPW, every other one you would get profit from flipping, but bots thought "gues we'll just dump everything right now before it becomes too hard to sell" and basically destroyed any change of that, hell herbs are still crashing, they alone made MTK with 100% approval a money sink, not by much, but it has become one. AAAANDDD to top it off, they destroyed money making via skills (heavily), after losing my bank, it's difficult to make it back. Resources are cheap and nasty, herbs are crashing, Slayer has almost become abandoned to mid levels (80+). Im glad Jagex are making good content for high levels, but I'd like an update to focus on medium-high levels (120 cb ish?) that isn't either going to be destroyed by bots, or too competitive to higher/richer players.

My friend did that with assisting me for an effigy and I opened it right as his level dropped so I got to the next stage but he got 0 xp. He raged a little bit and then logged.
