However this week Mod Doctor uploaded a change to make the game state when you get a signet with the message "You spot the Legio's signet on the floor!" Some guy got this THREE TIMES without ever seeing a signet drop, so he reported it to Jagex. In real life MMO you don't get 99 smithing by making endless bronze daggers.
