rushrock
Thread explains it all. I'm just going to use this thread to wish everyone a happy Thanksgiving with good food and lots of family! :) What are you all doing for Thanksgiving? I'm going to my grandmother's house. My parents, my grandparents, and my aunt and uncle are all going to be there (small turnout this year; my other uncle is taking his family to the Bahamas for Thanksgiving :|). Should be fun, though. Once again, Happy Holidays! :D

I have no school for today and tomorrow. :D Ah, this reminds me about the noob on the Runescape forums who was upset with the quest "Cold War" because apparently his grandparents died in the war. :wall:

tryto
It must suck having Thanksgiving and Christmas so close together. yomom1919
It must suck having Thanksgiving and Christmas so close together. ...Why? You don't get presents for thanksgiving, so your not loosing anything? Also its great because we get a few days off this week, and then in 3 more weeks we have winter break. The friday after thanksgiving marks the first day of the shopping season so stores lower prices greatly and they get loaded, I mean really loaded with shoppers. BlueLancer
I celebrate thanksgiving occassionally with my family, just for the heck of it... But seeing as the celebration really started in the american colonies after the people had slaughtered 100,000's of native americans just so they can live there 'alone'... I don't have particular respect for that one

Nadril
Just finished thanksgiving dinner, mmm. Was kind of different, we cooked out steaks instead of turkey (I don't really like turkey) so it was really good. Steak, sweet dressing, rolls and some pumpkin pie for later.
