That would be the stupidist thing in the history of stupid things. My Current IP changes each time the internet reconnects, not only that but I'm home from University and thus have a different IP there then here. Some people probably travel for work or something and thus are able to access Runescape from a lot of different places, banning someone for using a different IP is just plain stupid. They are people after all and judging on their skill at english probably can't understand the rules enough to know what their doing is against the rules and ruining the game. Also $4 a day in a developing country is quite a good wage. Sure compared to what we expect to be the base standard of living it sucks. But to them it's pretty darn good. I mean I live in the uk and I get paid ÃÆââ¬Å¡Ãâã5.60 an hour. When my parents were children you'd be lucky to make 10p in a day. But equally things were cheaper then, bread was like 4 shillings and 13 shillings was 1p. I can understand that Chinese gold farmers don't really care that they are breaking Jagex's rules.. but at the same time, I don't get why people fall for the baloney sob stories about how these folks are just doing what they need to do. They aren't. The real ones to blame aren't the gold farmers anyway. They are the rich Westerners who provide the demand for their supply.
